This complex is terrible their maintenance Is nonexistent. One of the reasons we choose this place was it was gated since our grandson was going there. The gate has not worked for a long time and never ever got fixed for the year we been there. The area is not safe Another example of poor management was They took a desk chair for someone else And never brought one back. How can you do Classwork at a Desk with no chair I would give them a zero if I could. Do not lease with these people or their property management company Asset Living. Ray B
