Ross was really helpful and he was able to sort the issues I was having with my laptop really quickly and got it all back up and running.

I cant thank Simon on the helpdesk for always being calm, and resolving matters, sensitivity and in a non techy way.
I also want to thank our account manager Stephen who is regularly checks in to see how we are getting on.
I highly recommend Apex if anyone is looking for a complete IT support system

Luke was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable when talking to a very technical Governor today. Luke really reassured the Governor and cleared up any queries, even emailing Trafford on our behalf copying in the Governor. I could not have asked for more from Luke.
