William from A Plus Tech did a great job for us. We had a laptop with a virus. Originally we were going to use another company with great reviews on the other side of the city. I ran out of time that day and decided to call William just to get a quote. The other company quoted me 70 for a diagnosis and 150 to 200 to fix the virus and update the computer. I would also have had to drop the computer off on the other side of the city and drive again to pick it up. Most of the other companies I talked to were estimating 3-5 business days to complete the work. Being that it was Friday I wouldn’t have gotten the laptop back for a full week. William informed me right away that A Plus Tech was a mobile business. This meant that I wouldn’t have to drive across the city twice. He also informed me that he did business by the hour. Which was cheaper. Also he was available seven days a week. To top it off he was able to meet me that day. This meant that I wouldn’t have to leave my house, it would be cheaper and faster! Once William showed up we instantly loved him. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Anytime you welcome someone into your house with your family you need them to be professional and courteous. William was all of these things. He recommended some hardware and software updates and rectified our issues very quickly. He also took a look at my wife’s laptop and didn’t rush or pressure us at all. Thanks again William. We will be calling you exclusively from now on for all of our computer needs.
