our tech was very professional and friendly. He came on time, and there for 2 hours. He fixed all the problems with our computer, and it was so convenient to have it fixed in the home rather than taking the computer somewhere else and dropping it off.

On October 16, 2024, William came to my home in answer to a request to perform maintenance on my 12 year old Apple Mac laptop that had all but stopped working. He was prompt, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. William replaced my hard-drive & cleaned up all my issues. This was a “Hail Mary” request because I was fairly certain that I was ultimately going to have to purchase a new laptop. William “saved” my device (saving me the $3000 cost of a new one). My Apple has not performed this well since it was new. The second most amazing thing was the cost of the repair. I was absolutely SHOCKED at how low the final amount came to !! I would highly recommend A Plus and William for all your I.T. concerns.

Yang did his best to find the problem in my 10 yr. old Epson printer; cleaned it & was able to adjust it enough that I can continue to use it until I can purchase a replacement.
