We hired App Crafters Studio close to two months ago to create a custom coded marketplace for our company. After two months of broken promises, missed scheduled conference calls and nothing but irrelevant and poorly executed cut and paste mock-ups from previous clients' websites by their UI and UX expert Rose, we were contacted by a new individual named Allen stating that he was taking over the management of our project. When I inquired about the previous project lead (Ethan), he told me that he was a cocaine drug addict (apparently known by the company executives), was using cocaine at his company desk and had since been terminated. He then informed me that the funds from our $1,000 deposit had already been utilized and that a refund was not an option. Allen also stated that he understood from the team that I approved the mock-ups and, in their estimation, the project was 60-70% percent completed. Neither of these statements were true. In fact, I have numerous text messages and emails with both Ethan and Rose attesting to the fact that they knew they had missed all the milestones, blew off multiple scheduled meetings and that I had every right to be angry about their unprofessional performance. In the last week prior to Labor Day, they pleaded with me to give them one last chance (48 hours) to turn things around or they would immediately refund my deposit. This did not happen and the promise of a refund did not materialize.
Let this be a cautionary tale. Do not do business with this outfit. It is impossible to reach any upper management to air your concerns or complaint and you'll find nothing online to assist in your efforts. I truly believe this is by design. The last text message I received from Allen was last night and he had the nerve to tell me I should file a complaint with my credit card company to try and receive a refund of my deposit. This company is absolutely bad news. Don't touch them with a 10-foot pole. One star is the lowest I can rate them on Trustpilot, but the truth is they deserve a negative one star.
Amazing experience with Ethan from App Crafters Studio was an excellent experience. His expertise as a software consultant made the entire process seamless and easy to follow. Ethan took the time to understand our needs, offered insightful suggestions, and helped us develop a solution that perfectly met our requirements.

That part of my business is easy for me. My weaknesses in my business lye with all things digital. I have been attempting to build my website and online persona for over a year with various other providers that all failed. I decided to try one last time because I don't have any more money to waste. I have been working with Ethan. He has made my experience extremely positive. He is kind and patient and knowledgeable. He answers all of my concerns timely and in language I can understand. I don't expect him to know everything - knowing everything is not his job function. He goes the extra mile to get me
answers to questions and an understanding even on matters not in his purview and not directly related to the services they provide. Ethan is very good at communicating. He keeps me updated regularly on whats going on with my project and when i can expect the next milestone. He truly is an asset to his team. I appreciate his level of seamless customer service and compassion in addition to doing his job. He has a customer in me for as long as I am in business.
