I fear I won't see my money again and I'm now trying to see if I can get it refunded from my bank.

Utter shambles as to how companies like this are allowed to set up and take peoples money. What a miserable way to work for staff to constantly be taught to lie to its customers time and time again.
This company has filed for bankruptcy and is insolvent. Lesson learned from buying on line I suppose.
Shame on you all. May Karma reward you well in prison.

Ordered in June, fobbed off no delivery until August, then October, requested refund on 8th august, still not received refund and now 14/10 still nothing

Purchased a fridge freezer in June was constantly fobbed off on del date then told it was out of stock never at time of purchase was i made aware of this, was kept moving the goal post. Eventually i had enough and requested a refund 8th aug i was told it would take 21 working days and then since nothing but excuses as to why we cannot be refunded, accountant was out of office then they have a back log the told to contact the bank and ask the bank to pay it back to me through the recharge system yesterday 12th Oct i contacted the bank and got a refund through the bank worst company i have ever ever used wish i had read reviews before i paid for the item worst customer service unable to call them constantly had to chase and never received k,y money back through them refunding me DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it feels like i was scammed

Absolutely ridiculous I’m still waiting for a refund from an order placed In February!!! When they took my money for an appliance they didn’t have and probably couldn’t get. I was told a cheque was on its way nearly 3 months ago still waiting!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from appliancesgroup.com they are acting like thieves stay clear

This is not a company people and you will never get your goods so don't use this site it's a fake site and you will just lose your money to Internet robbers

Had my money for 8 months, unable to contact, delayed delivery, no delivery, no refund! Eventually claimed money through bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered a freezer, delayed delivery to a month and still no freezer in sight. Cancelled order after a wait of more than a month and stupid excuses, unfortunately still not received refund 3 months on.

One star is too high but no option to zero rate. I have been trying to help a friend who ordered and paid for a cooker in May this year. Cooker never arrived & after chasing many times (phone and email), eventually advised they were unable to get the cooker! Requested an immediate refund but was advised “you have to go through the cancellations email address”. Did this & email received auto response stating 21 days for a refund. Here we are in OCTOBER & still no refund. They are not answering calls or responding to emails (other than automated response). My friend is not well & the stress of all of this is making her worse. This company has had her money since May 17th. Totally disgusting & should not be allowed to trade. I will be seeking recourse for her through legal channels and can only warn others DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

If i could give zero stars I would! Ordered a dishwasher in July 2021, they had manufacturing issues so major delay in delivery times so i requested a refund to complete my project on time. No refund... No dishwasher. And no reply to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

As per the general theme here. Ordered back in August based on a 3 working day delivery, told after paying it would take 2/3 weeks.

Cancelled the order, told refund would be 21 working days. Now at 31 working days and still no refund.

Based on the other reviews, it might take a while to get the refund.

I don't even want to put one star!! I had to cancel an order for a gas hob that was out of stock in July and wasn't expected back in until after our new kitchen was being fitted at the earliest. I sent a cancellation email, as instructed, on 15th July and I'm STILL waiting for a refund! Obviously, I paid THEM the day I placed the order. Absolutely appalling customer service - can't get them on the phone (there's a recorded message saying try again later or email on customer care). I've emailed on customer care who, when they bother to reply, say I have to email the cancellations email address with my order number etc, even though I've now done that 9 times! Get the automated response every time saying it'll take a while to refund, but nothing more. Max 21 working days, it says. It's now been over two months and I STILL don't have my money back!!! I'll be posting reviews on any website I can find about the terrible service, and looking at other ways of pursuing the debt. Don't use them!!! I expect the response from them will say 'covid/brexit' are the cause. I just want my money!! I bet they won't pay any interest on it! Shocking.

Please do not use this company I ordered 2 beer fridges in june no fridges came and still no refund.
They do not answer the phone nor emails please steer clear I gave now gone to trading standing standards to report them

Just to update after logging a complaint rebecca called today and had the money in my bank within 15 minutes of the telephone call.
Thankfully thats resolved

Do not use this company. Waited over a month for a refund and still waiting. Changed delivery time twice so would have to wait 3 months for my appliance. Can't speak to anyone on the phone as it says they are to busy. Also have to wait at least a week for a reply to emails. Absolutely disgusted at the company service, I repeat do not use this company.

This company is disgraceful took my money in June haven't heard a word from them since. Avoid these chancers

Total scam
Having recieved a cheque for the full amount only to find that the cheque was a rubber one it bounced better that a kids rubber ball.
And this was signed by a Mrs Rebecca Beasley the company director of dexter holdings
Registered company number 1260462
Registered vat number 305670904.
And I'm now left with no other option than to take this to trading standards
And my bankto retrieve my refund.
