I ordered a part for a pegout boxer, but after receiving the part I had to return it because I don't need it anymore, but after I wrote to them every day for a week I never got any reply, I strongly recommend you not to buy on this site, because you will not get any customer support !!!

Good website for ease of finding/ordering parts. Item arrived (Car Suspension Control Arm) and appears to be a quality part at a very competitive price. I ordered the item on Friday at 1415 and immediately received an automated email confirming purchase and reaffirming their aim to deliver within 24 Hrs. Unfortunately this was not the case and item arrived Wed 1230 (Evri), a query ref delivery update on Monday has yet to be responded to! Would use the company again, but only for items I’m not needing in a hurry.

Avoid! They use AI and if it goes wrong there is no one to help! They're taking your money for parts and DHL deliver and so you never get the item you pay for!

I have ordered a part from your website, it said delivered but never received the item, I have been trying to contact since Thursday but there is no contact number or email on website, I want to know what happened to my order.

They are thieves, paid for a part over 2 weeks ago and have had no communication from them, I have sent 10 emails/enquires and nothing. Called the contact number on their website and it is not recognised,

I am beginning to think.this site is not legitimate. Ordered Dyson spare part and never received..Unable to contact via phone and numerous emails never get answered.

Do not buy from this website. Ordered a part, which didn't even get delivered as the wrong address was put on it. The company wanted me to pay for the postage to have it resent. After asking for the refund the company then take 15% off the refund for restocking. Do not waste time in buying from this website. They are a pure con!

Sadly this appears to be a scam website. The phone number listed on the website does not correspond to a real number 020 3868 3216. The email address returns an automated reply. The chat service returns an automated response. The address refers to a remote rental office in London which might not belong to the owner of the website. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone or get my money back for my order. This needs to be reported to the authorities.

I ordered a vacuum part back in February. The part never arrived- I’ve sent over 30 emails to the company and only get sporadic and delayed responses. After two months of pestering they finally agreed to send another part. However I’ve received an email saying the part has been shipped but the tracking number doesn’t work and the company have not replied to my emails asking where the part is and how to track it. I spent nearly £100 and I’m starting to think I’ll never get the part or see this money again. Very unhappy.

Update to the above, having done more research I am highly suspicious the company is a scam. I reported to PayPal and thankfully they are refunding me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My body cyclone broke after about 5 months of using it. I managed to return the old one with them under their guarantee and received my new cyclone yesterday, which is as good as new. I am grateful.

battery was the correct one as said on the website. would use them again no questions asked!! you've earnt my loyalty. had trouble fitting the battery and thought it was wrong. told customer service and they sent me a help guide and proved me wrong haha
