Purchased Montblanc Explorer 200ml for £30 less than the RRP for 100ml! Incredible value and fast delivery that was tracked and delivered swiftly. Would recommend to anyone who finds their perfume of choice being sold by this company!

Placed my order on the 30/09/26 and delivery was scheduled for the 02/10/26 only to be informed by there courier that the parcel is 'damaged at delivery office' - tracking on royal mail website states the same.
So I email Fragrance click to inform them of this and asked if they could send another 1 out as its a b'day present and I don't want to be let down.
Fragrance click ignored my request and said they were sorry and they can see that the parcel is being returned to them and once they receive it they will issue a refund.
I then email them on the 12/10 - 10 days later only to be informed by the same person 'EDWARD' that he will open a formal enquiry with royal mail and find out when my parcel will be delivered. Hold on a second EDWARD i'm not expecting a parcel but a REFUND because either you or your courier company have messed up.
Royal mail are your chosen delivery company and it clearly states on their website that the parcel was refused by the customer and is sent back to the sender so why are you still withholding my refund.
If royal mail have lost or not delivered your parcel back to you then that's not my problem it's between you and them and you should issue my refund immediately.
Poor service and not acceptable as you have my money and left me in the shit basically.
