Highly competitive prices

Highly competitive price for the perfume I wanted; despatched very speedily; arrived well packed. I really cannot fault this company, and I shall certainly use them again.

I attempted to buy my product twice

I attempted to buy my product twice, and it gave an error message that my Master Card cvv was rejected. This would've been fine had I not been debited twice on my account and received no email confirmation of the product. I sent an e-mail notifying you of my problem and tried calling you with no luck - Iam officially double-charged and have no product at all!!

Hi Tonderai,

I'm really sorry to hear that you are unhappy and that there has been some confusion, but sadly not all of the information included in your review is fully accurate to the situation.

Our team have made sure to clearly explain exactly what has happened via email and provided you with screenshots.

We can see that two transactions were attempted but sadly both were rejected. Due to this no funds have or will be taken from your account. The pending transactions will disappear and we have not received any funds from you at all.

The process of the pending transactions disappearing is entirely with your bank and not something we are in control of. Just to clarify, the funds are still in your account and available to you.

If there is anything else we can do, or if there is still any remaining confusion, please do feel free to respond to our latest email and we would be happy to continue helping you.

I was sceptical at first

I was sceptical to order going back and forth with myself then thought stuff it. Placed an order it arrived within a few days smelt unreal set was packaged really well and overall happy with my purchase. So I ordered another one again for my sister and now people I know are going to order the set for Christmas too as the set is cheaper than what you’d pay for 100ml alone so worth it just for the perfume itself but the fact I got it in a set even better. This is will be my first site I come to, to compare prices how many mils etc and I think I got free delivery too which is always a cheeky bonus
