This guys are pitiful twice they cancelled scheduled appointments (no call, no notice), when you call to find out why, they just hang up. Very worst customer service performance ever.

My experience with this company was completely unacceptable. A repair man came to my home , gave an estimate , explained he would need to order parts and would call the following week with an update. I the quote was high , but i am selling my home and wanted to complete the work in a timely manner. I didn’t hear from the repair man the following week so i began reaching out to the company trying to resolve this matter. Each time I called i was given the response they will check into it. Four later after multiple calls they sent someone to my home who simply put a few screws in the microwave door and used WD 40 on the range knob and the job was complete. I ask for a re-evaluation of the job since no parts were needed and could i be refunded the amount paid for the job that required ordered parts and they declined . I paid nearly $300.00 for 3 screws and some WD40 sprayed inside a range knob. I would advise keeping a wide berth between you and this company.

Repair service was quick and professionally done. Repair person acted to repair the job while mindful of how much it would cost to repair and kept me informed of costs so that I could decide what I could or could not do.

The repair person was great. He called when he was running late and fixed our machine on the same day. He was very friendly and came out the day after we called. The machine is running great now and he gave us tips to keep it that way.

I was very pleased with the service; as my Thermador oven is 14 years old replacement parts aren’t readily available but they got my board reworked so that I don’t have to replace my oven just yet. Very knowledgeable and courteous too!
