Appliance Repair 512 Avis 

I paid for parts to repair the microwave. Then after paying for those parts and having them installed was told additional parts were needed - which could not.be found. I would not have paid over $400 for parts and labor if I had known all parts needed were no longer available. A bad result. I should have put that money on a new unit instead of wasting it.

I would use this company again. Great call back time. Awesome communication. Quick work. Reasonable pricing. And Jesse was an awesome maintenance person who stopped by and fix my stuff.

Service guy and his assistant are amazing. Took extra time to explain options for my washing machine and also was very accommodating with scheduling service. They are very busy but do their best to get to you quickly and work with your schedule. Would recommend to anyone to use this service.

This place was a total disaster. Do not waste your time with this place. Check reviews on yelp! After 3 tries, the same person still had not fixed the noise on our fridge. We finally called out a different company and rhey fixed it right away!

Basically did not repair anything. They were not prepared when they arrived.

Nathan did a great job on my Bosch washer. I must say he is over worked. I believe He could use help to evenly distribute the work load. Despite all that he was friendly and prompt. And I will remember him for future work as well.

They came out same day I was moving out of town and had my dryer up and going for the move.

My dryer stopped working. I tried buying a new one. The delivery was gonna be three weeks out. We did not want to wait three weeks and have to go to a laundromat. Austin Appliance had a service technician at our house the next day. After we told the technician what model number we had at our home. He arrived and repaired the issues within a hour. The price is reasonable and we will be calling for any appliance repair in the future. We saved money and time. Thank you.
