Appliance Repair 512 Avis 

Nathan was the best we've ever experienced. We had a complex issue going on with our refrigerator and he worked hard to solve the problem. While others would have throw their hands up, Nathan worked diligently to score a customized board to address the issue. We highly recommend working with Nathan!

Worse experience ever, the technician did not even come prepared did not have his voltmeter, and amp clamp was not even working. He did not even check anything he just collected the money and left! I would like a refund!!

Competent, polite, reasonable pricing. Very glad I used Appliance Repair 512.

They showed up on time and they did in fact plug the dryer in... however they tripped a number of GFI’s including the washer circuit which was difficult to find. When I called to get them to figure out the issues they left it was difficult to get a response or action. I resorted to hiring an electrician to resolve the problem they left including replacing a GFI they was fried.
More issues than it was worth!!

Came in on time, honest and reasonably priced.

Caring company. This company was so quick to respond and attend to an appliance problem I had. I had a freezer full of food. They came within 2 hours and had it up and running very quickly. Very courteous and efficient.

I was told that a refrigerator that our company bought was very low on refrigerant or compressor failed internally and not pumping properly. The tech advised us that there were no service ports to hook up gages. He then advised me to replace unit versus putting any money into it due overall cost in repairing sealed system. Called for a second opinion and had a different company come out. New tech was able to create a service port which he said all air techs should be capable of doing and solve our problem within an hour. If I would have taken the 512 tech's advice I would have cost my company thousands of dollars and put my job in jeopardy. I called for a refund on service was ignored and never called back for months. It is now 9 months later, fridge is still running perfectly from the other company we used and Appliance Repair 512 still hasn't called to issue a refund or apology. If there was a 0 star option I would leave it.

Service man was on time and diagnosed our problems and fixed them quickly. He even gave suggestions for other issues we were having

Mine was a challenging repair with an older appliance. Appliance Repair 512 provided professional service. I appreciated the technician's integrity and diligence.

I called them out for a estimate, I told them everything I had done to my washer and it still didn't work . I also told them how old it was and the brand, the man said that it was a great brand and worth fixing probably. I thought great so I had the guy come out and he did the EXACT same things I did to the washer, I mean to the tee!! And said it would cost a lot more to fix it. So I had to pay his fee for coming out which I thought was High to begin with but they explain it will go toward the cost of fixing the appliance if you choose to. I was really upset and didn't say anything just paid the bill. I couldn't believe he did the exact things I did. I hadn't planned on saying anything at all but they sent me this review in my email so here it goes.

The repairman showed up the same day, even though I live slightly outside the metro area. Fixed my washer. Was very pleasant to talk to. I will call this company again if I need an appliance serviced.

Technician Edmund was very courteous and knowledgeable. In addition and probably most importantly he was trustworthy. If I'd need any more repairs, he would be requested.
