I spent $500 to repair my dryer. It was not fixed. I called 3 times to get the repairmen back and did not receive a call back after 3 attempts over 3 weeks.
I called another repair company and when they came, I was told the parts I paid to have replaced were not replaced. So the supposed fix was a scam. At least the second repair expert was able to fix the machine.

I had a few concerns about this company that I mentioned in a Google Review that the company asked me to write. I also mentioned that the technicians did do the work fine and in a timely fashion but that it was very expensive. In fact I found out after that the part they charged me $250 for was available at Rona for $65. Following my review I heard from the company offering me a partial refund to compensate my issues. I was very pleased that they seemed concerned and attentive. A day or so later I got another email saying they would refund the me the money promised if I removed my Google review. I responded to them following that email X 3 asking them why the refund offer now had conditions attached and questioning the ethics of paying to remove a review, That was over a month ago and I have heard nothing.
Because of these and a few other concerns I would never recommend this company and have told friends and posted same on my community Facebook page.

I have called for a service call and they schedule the call for 1-5 PM. With the appointment of 26065510-1 left work at 12 and get home by 12:50 wait entire day no show of tech .
got a call from a tech around 7Pm that I will call you in an hour and come , did not call and did not show up.
Called him back at 8:45 PM and ask the time, he said he can not come and he will be at my place 8AM the next morning , Did not show up till 8:35 AM and he said he is leaving now and take him another hour , had 2 choice stay home another day for fake promise or go to work, I said to him we can not let you in and we do not need service like that.
Company looks like scam

We called the company around May 21 to fix a GE fridge in Surrey, BC, that was not cooling properly. A serviceman came, defrosted the fridge, replaced no parts, and then gave a high bill ($269) for the 1+ hr service call. They said that future labour charges would be waived for the next 3 months if the problem came back, and only parts would have to be paid for. A week later the problem returned. I called the company on May 29 to service the fridge, and for the next 4 days no one returned my calls — it's as if the company was no longer in business. We were extremely disappointed not to receive a return call with a date and time to fix it. Rather than throw more good money after bad on a 6-year-old fridge, we decided to buy a new one. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Technician was nice and came same day. Said he would come back the next day but never came and there was no call rescheduling. Needed to call twice some time later before I received an update that he would come the next day early. I woke up early but again he did not show up during the allotted time.

After complaining, he did say he would come that day as an urgent request but at this point I didn't trust that he would show up. Have decided to go with another repair company, unfortunately unable to get back the diagnostic fee despite complaning to their 'escalation email. We received no response.

Terrible service, never showed up

They did not fix my fridge. The mechanic said it was fixed and left. He charged me for the repair. It was not fixed. They they told me to buy a new one as this one cost too much to be fixed. They would not refund the repair costs. Told me that the head office would call me. No one ever did. Bad company. Do not trust them.

Service techician did not get approval before repair was made, said he replaced a gasket which was never replaced, caused significant water damage to my hard wood floors and charged a diagnostic that was to be waived with the repair. I have repeaditly tried to get a refund for a month and have made zero head way. Below is the email sent multiple times with no response back.

-The repair was never approved prior to be done.
-The diagnostic was not waived like it was promised with any repair.
-Apparently, a gasket was replaced within the 5 minutes. I went upstairs, this was done with out taking anything apart or shutting off the water which leaves me very suspicious. I repair hot water tanks and boilers and have never seen a gasket that could be replaced with the water remaining on. Everything I found online about this valve also corroborates my assumption.
-When I woke up this morning the leak was way worse than before, there was a 3’ ring around the dishwasher, and water under our hardwood floors.
-The technician called me this morning, was rude on the phone and said it is suspicious that I want a refund and him not to come back out for a warranty call. Obviously I have my reservations about a return visit based on the above.
He claimed the gasket can be replaced without turning the water off to the dishwasher and implied I may be lying about the continued leak and failed repair. He also told me to not call your company again after he brought up a dryer repair he had done 3 years ago in our basement which I told him had failed shortly after and we ended up purchasing a new dryer. My wife heard all of this on speaker phone as well.

The repair technician spent 2 hours trying to determine the problem. He then said he would have to return after acquiring parts. I asked what parts. He replied he would tell me when he returned. He also charged me $147 for the initial service call. He texted me the following morning saying the dishwasher needed a drain pump and the cost would be $250 for labour and $250 for parts. I had no confidence in his ability to do the work. I called the company to cancel the service call. They were very rude and aggressive. The proposed cost was exorbitant both for labour and parts cost. The part is listed at $53.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company following a service call for a minor water dispenser leak in my refrigerator.

I called this company to have my stove and my dishwasher repaired. The stove repair itself went well. However, the repairman pulled my stove out and then couldn't push it all the way back. So he left it sitting approximately 2 in away from the wall and I had to get my son-in-law to push it back in. The dishwasher repair didn't go so well. I was given a price and told which part needed to be replaced. This was mid-December. The repairman said he hoped he would be able to repair it before Christmas. I called him back every week or two after that to get an update on the part that he was waiting to come in. He kept saying part was coming in the next week. One time he said the part was coming in in a couple of days. The last time I talked to him he simply said he would call me when the part comes in. That was early in April. At that time I told him to simply cancel a job. That's when I said about looking for the part. Using the dishwasher model number, it wasn't difficult to find the part. It took about a week and a half for it to arrive at my house. A quick Google showed us how to remove the old part and install a new one, and we had it repaired in about 10 minutes. I would not recommend this company.

They inflated the price of the required parts by more than four times the actual cost. The repair quote was intentionally set so high that repairing the appliance made no financial sense.

2 guys came promptly to check my high-end Dacor (Samsung) fridge for a 2nd opinion on another quote for a faulty wire harness. Their Google listing says "Authorized Dacor Appliance Repair," which after the call, Dacor confirms is 100% false and fraudulent use of Dacor's registered trademark. These guys tell me it's not a $280 wire harness plus labour, they say it's a blown compressor and verbally quote $3,300! I tell them the compressor is covered by warranty and they get all evasive and tell me "good price." That tips me off that they are *not* Dacor factory authorized and cannot submit warranty claims. Then they get really dodgy and tell me not to call Appliance Repair Expert back to book the work - they want me to call the technician's personal phone number. This is unethical as heck! Bottom line: they lie about their factory authorized status, they lie about the repair work needed, they lie to each other to steal business from their own employer. Avoid these spivs like the plague. (BTW, I have their Google listing which falsely claims Dacor-authorized, which I sent to Samsung as proof of trademark violation.) End of story: A Dacor factory-authorized service fixed the fridge for $700 all-in.

Is how you cleaned my fridge your Standard Quality of work? When you vacuum under the fridge you should do All of it not just some that's up front & close to you. I took a handful of lint out from the front & redid all your work on the back. Paying $250 is not the issue but when you leave half the dirt & then don't even have a bag on your vacuum so I have dust everywhere it becomes an issue?
I paid $250 to learn how to adjust the wheels & get a Dusty House. So is this your Standard Quality for all jobs or just mine?

Service was prompt, the tech diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly but the bill was quite high for the time spent.

Frustrating experience with multiple visits for a dishwasher issue.

I paid for an initial diagnostic and was told everything was fine, but the problem persisted. On a second visit, I was advised to replace a part and paid over $600—yet the issue was still not resolved and another repair was suggested.

Communication was poor throughout: repeated calls and emails went unanswered, there was a last-minute cancellation, and no follow-up as promised. I had to chase them down myself.

I still have not received the requested refund amount and have had to bring the issue to the Consumer Protection board of Ontario.

Overall, disappointing due to inaccurate diagnosis, lack of follow-through, and poor communication. Would NOT recommend.
