Appliances Connection has been very easy to work with. They provided a comprehensive selection of trim kits to help solve a trim issue on my new rangetop chimney hood. My order was fulfilled and delivered promptly as requested. Unfortunately the finish on the new trim kit did not exactly match the finish on my chimney hood and had to be returned. Their representative, Jackie, was very professional and helpful in arranging the return without any hassles. Thank you Jackie.

I ordered a complete appliance set for our kitchen remodel, consisting of Ilve stove and hood and Cafe appliances. They had all in stock, with the exception of Ilve, but that makes sense as it is custom built in Venice, Italy.

Super easy process and Katie was very knowledgeable. I only needed to give her the products and she was able to compile all the extras we needed.

I've been wanting to replace my 25-year-old gas range for some time now. Once I saw the NXR AK3001 on sale for $1500 off the $2549 regular price I had to buy it. But first I checked with the company to make sure everything was compatible and would be an easy install. Shakriah Yearwood was a HUGE help in answering my questions and completing my order. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend!!

I ordered a wash tower but inadvertently ordered gas instead of electric. Judy F. was able to change my order before it got shipped out. Great service!

I ordered an over-range microwave from Appliances Connection recently. The website was easy to use, and provided more detailed and better product information than Home Depot. They clearly explain their shipping policy and installation policy and requirements, like emptying cabinets adjacent to where the microwave will be installed, or making sure the box will fit through the door. I needed a certificate of insurance for the delivery and installation, so I called Customer Service once I made the purchase. Judy F was amazing! She was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. In less than 10 minutes (including navigating the menu options!), I had the process started.

Appliances Connection's 1st response to my review was that they were sorry and wanted to refund "the amount that was taken incorrectly." But when I called for the promised amount, they said it was their "policy" to keep my money. I spoke with customer service; NinoG pretended to care but really wanted to find fault with me. Now, Appliances Connection says they'll sue me for how I talked to her. $445.86 wasn't enough. I'm not sure how to speak with someone who steals your money, lies to you, and says it's their "policy." To me, theft and lies are far worse than profanity. When Appliances Connection takes your money and lies to you, I guess you can't get upset about it, or they'll sue. I have never encountered a more toxic organization.

I'll NEVER order from this company again!
I NEVER received the refrigerator I paid $1186.67 for, and Appliance Connection kept my money. I'd put it on hold, because my builder wanted it to arrive at the right time. Appliance Connection asked me to call each month to keep replacing it on hold. But then when I called the next month, Appliance Connection said they had shipped it several weeks beforehand. Yet, there were NO CALLS, TEXTS, OR EMAILS to tell me or my builder it was being shipped, and it wasn't supposed to be shipped in the first place. I was diligent about sending the emails to keep it on hold each month. I'm not even sure it ever was shipped. I called the warehouse in Denver that Appliance Connection told me to call saying the refrigerator was sitting there, and I'd be able to reroute it back to me. But the warehouse said my refrigerator had disappeared and was no longer there. They didn't know where it was. I called Appliance Connection to get a refund since I never received the refrigerator, and they said they had credited me the $1186.67, but when I checked my credit card, I noticed they had kept $445.86 for themselves without telling me and only refunded me $740.81. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was refunded $445.86. But then Appliance Connection sent a multi-page legal document to my credit card company justifying charging me $445.86 "for shipping" a refrigerator I never received and the $445.86 was again taken from me. This refrigerator was for the first home I've ever been able to afford to own, a tiny home. I deeply regret trusting Appliance Connection with my purchase, and in particular my sales agent, Jimmy Balasiano, who cared nothing for following through on his promises, only for taking my money. Appliance Connection is the most corrupt company I've ever worked with in my life. They don't keep their promises or communicate well, and they take zero responsibility for their mistakes. Instead, they blame you and take your money. STAY AWAY! I'd sue them, but my lawyer said it'd be too much in court costs to try and get $445.86 back to make it worth the effort. I guess that's how big corporations like Appliance Connection can rob ordinary people and get away with it.

Katie, who handled our two separate orders, was very patient as she listen to our various concerns and space limitations. Having heard our needs, which included that one of our refrigerators be garage ready, she quickly identified products that would be appropriate, gave us the model numbers so we could review photographs on the website, and then completed our orders, always explaining what our options for delivery and warranty were and how much each would cost. It was so much easier to deal with her than it would have been to search around on the website. She knew her stuff and was helpful in every way.

Both Natasha and Judy were very helpful and pleasant. They made our purchase easy!
