Best Customer Service ever
I just had the best experience buying an Asko washer/dryer with Katie Bange, who was such a great researcher and friendly customer service rep. I was doing a side-by-side comparison of washers and she found all the details I needed and more. She took so much time, guiding me through the process, and gave me confidence that I was making the best choice. And she helped save me money! Such a refreshing and pleasant experience!

Purchased December 11 Delivered January 6th20
Purchasing on December 11, 2023 was easy.....waiting until January 6, 2024 for delivery was not, especially since I was under the impression I would be accepting delivery very soon. We made fast work of getting our old washer and dryer out into the garage as one piece of info from AC had that request. As it was, 2 guys - not at all cordial, ripped the Electrolux appliances out of their wrappings and got out as fast as they could. Celia was a the only voice of reason during this fiasco. She gave a $50 credit for our trouble. We have a electrician coming to hook everything up this week since white glove service was not purchased, but intimated by that one piece of email suggesting we must put the old appliances in the garage for easy pickup. Perhaps more info should be imparted by the sales person during the actual purchase.

Charged $3000 for item never delivered
I ordered a refrigerator and they shipped a stove instead. I obviously declined the stove and promptly cancelled the order, since it was going to take weeks to get the refrigerator shipped. Appliance Connection has refused to refund my $3000 until their 3rd party shipper returns the stove that I never ordered. 3 weeks later the shipper has no idea when the start be will be returned and will not give me a tracking number. I am out $3000 for an item I never received and Appliance Connection is making me liable for their mistake in sending the wrong item and for their own shippers poor performance. A horrible company.
