Katie helped me make the choice of the best appliance to fit our needs. Her patience and in-depth knowledge of the specifics of the products was really helpful. To make sure of the applianse’ proper fit, she even suggested the future shelving setup and sent photos. Her help and patience are truly appreciated.

Azure was the person who assisted me. She was extremely polite and efficient and was able to assist with every question.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs.
From delivery, to 'white glove' installation (a joke), to customer service (does not exist), this company is utterly terrible. The trucking company they use for delivery has a rating of 'F' from the Better Business Bureau. I could go on and on, but in general, I would advise avoiding making any purchases from this company.

I needed to order a new stove and hood with a quick delivery - and Katie was super helpful in coordinating with the warehouse to get me timelines on an item that was out of stock. We should be in great shape with our timelines - thank you Katie!

PLEASE - IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND SANITY, DO NOT USE THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ANY LARGE APPLIANCES. They have scheduled delivery for a built-in fridge 4 TIMES over the course of a month, I have hired a third party to help delivery. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE A FRIDGE.

Each scheduled delivery is a 4 hour block - meaning I have spent at least 16 HOURS of my time (and I work full time and have two children under 10) trying to get this appliance in my home - this does not include all the time I've spent on the phone after each failed delivery, which has been at least another 4 hours. We have also had to push our remodel timeline.

I have taken pictures, sent videos, made calls to facilitate delivery. I knew it would be a slightly more difficult delivery given the size of the appliance and the fact that it had to go on the second floor. I made sure to pay for "stairs" and a 3-man delivery, as requested by Appliance Connection for successful delivery.

The first delivery only two individuals showed up, even though the delivery form said there would be at least 3 deliverymen. As a result, they were unable to successfully deliver the fridge - because there were only two of them - but they took additional pictures and video and said if they had 3-4 individuals, delivery wouldn't be a problem.

On the second delivery attempt, only two individuals were scheduled to deliver the appliance AGAIN. Obviously, it couldn't be delivered. They said it would be easy to deliver if they had 3-4 individuals.

On the third attempt, ONLY TWO INDIVIDUALS SHOWED UP AGAIN! But this time they told me there was no way the fridge could be delivered. After 3 weeks of failed deliveries, Appliance Connection then told me they would just ship my fridge back unless I arranged for a third party to move the fridge upstairs.

I then go back and forth a number of times trying to coordinate delivery and movers - read, more hours of my time and sanity. I finally schedule a third party and get the 4-hour delivery windows to line up. This brings us to today. Appliance Connection/AM Trucking sent a text confirming the fridge delivery, but no one showed. I had to reach out to them, and was notified that they would not deliver it today. I'm now out at least $1k of third-party moving expenses and at least 20 hours of work time. I still do not have a fridge.

This is possibly the worst consumer experience of my life. Please save yourself and order from literally any other appliance vendor.

I just purchased a stackable washer/dryer and I had very specific space restrictions. Katie Bang was really great in helping me figure out my options and offering advice. I ended up ordering a Fisher Paykel set and I am hopefully they are good as advertised. Thanks for your help Katie!

Appliances Connection told me unequivocally that they could deliver my new appliances (nearly $8000) TO MY BUILD SITE. I queried that promise and sent my agent a pin to see how remote the site was. He was emphatic and promised it would be no problem. They never told me they farm delivery out to a third party. Appliances Connection accepted my payment. The delivery service told me they could not deliver, that I needed to figure out a solution, that they would charge me storage fees for the appliances and that they were initiating the process of giving my new appliances to salvage. Meanwhile - no one at Appliances Connection would answer my calls or emails. They also guarantee a price match, but wouldn't honor any of the better prices I found and sent to them.

"White Glove Installation" service opened the box, attempted to install it, said they were missing a part and then left the box on my living room floor going on a week now. After calling the shipping company asking if they were returning, they said the order was closed. The shipping company then said a manager would call me to have them return and install the microwave, but they never called back.

A $600 microwave is currently taking up space on my floor and no one seems to care but me. I will not be using ApplianceConnection again.

I have been trying to buy a refrigerator in bisque for 1.5 years. I found a company who can get me one. They have great pricing, fantastic delivery options and very professional staff. Latoya and the first rep I dealt with knew all of the product details and have been fantastic. I would use this company again. They are the first of 7 companies to include the home centers who could actually get the product.

I have just ordered my appliance but had questions and some “ fear” from this not being a “ local” business.
I called Appliance Connection and spoke with Azure Freeman, she explained everything, made sure all my needs were met for a hopefully great experience and told me what to do from the moment the product entered my front door, I feel relieved and comfortable now. I thank Azure for her pleasant , patient help . She was delightful, knowledgeable and extremely kind.
