Delivery was courteous, but I expected the "white gloves" delivery to include a little more like attaching refrigerator handles etc.

The order process, communication, and delivery were all great. Our purchase was a microwave which likely simplified the delivery process, but I would certainly order again.

Read the reviews at BBB there is a consistent pattern of complaints. The appliance I ordered arrived a week later than promised and broken, Appliance connection had 3 failed attempts to schedule a repair service. 12 weeks and 40 emails later I still have a broken appliance.

The customer service at Appliance Connection is wonderful. I ordered a microwave and trim kit and ordering was easy. The product arrived when promised. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the product because it didn't fit and I worked with Jackie in Customer Service to arrange for the return. She was extremely helpful. they damaged my product in the warehouse when packing and did nothing about it
My $1500 range hood was damaged during packing or before packing. When I notified the company about this, they did nothing.
UPDATE: See applianceconnection's reply to this original review for me to contact "nino" to get this resolved maybe. Well I sent nino.g a very nice email on Feb 3 and never heard back from nino or anyone else. Are we surprised?
