Shipping company scheduled install and delivery without prior notification, this happened 4 times. 1 time they called from the property, ready to install. Several email requests were made to scedhule for a Friday or Sat. The response was received after sevreal calls, emails and attempts to work it out went to the round file. The sent this on 1/31/24, 31 days after order place.

I ordered a microwave from Lowe's in Dec and it was supposed to be delivered in Dec then early Jan then late Jan then early Feb. I was pretty disappointed so I found the same microwave on Appliance Connection in late Dec. I ordered knowing the product was on backorder with the company. But I received it late January earlier than expected (they had estimated 10Feb). The delivery date and time was set up a few days before arrival. The delivery time was as promised with a text 15 minutes before arrival. The delivery people were very professional, took pictures of the unit to show it was in good shape. Very happy with the professionalism shown and them meeting their commitment on delivery. Microwave was also cheaper than Lowes. . .

I had a very pleasant experience with Appliance Connection. I loved that they offered BOTH haul away and installation services. Judy F provided me with excellent customer service for my transaction.

I ordered a range that was "in stock" August 6, 2023. After a week I called and they said it wouldn't arrive until October. I called in October and it was changed to December. I called in December and it was changed to January. I would have cancelled my order way earlier, however only 1 company manufactures a range that will fit in our kitchen and it was available through appliances connection. The range was finally delivered on 1/25/2024 after 6 months. I added old range haul off and new range install to my order. The people who dropped the new range off were very hurried and no one decided to notify me that my range didn't come with plug, only bare wires hanging out the back, because it's a "European model." I tried to ask the installers what I needed to do get this thing setup, and they didn't speak English and were unable to answer my questions. I called appliances connection and they said that I would need to get an electrician to install a plug on the bare wires hanging out of the back of range. So, I did. Once the range was successful plugged in, we noticed an odor or gas, which was installed by appliance connection. The oven is now working, but the gas range top will not light. Turns out, Appliances Connection installed the gas line improperly and it's leaking gas between the gas line and the range. I called them about this and opened a work order and haven't heard back in 3 days. As it sits today, we are 6 months past my order date, I have non working range because of an improper install, and I had to pay an electrician to install a new plug on the bare wires hanging out of the unit, which no one let me know about.

I had made a mistake upon ordering a dryer. The items were already in route, but Azure went above and beyond to help rectify the situation! She fixed everything :-)

Ordered the ILVE 48" black with brass range dual fuel back in November. The order finally arrived from Italy and set to be delivered/installed with white glove. Turns out there was a mistake made while ordering and cords were missing. Ara, from the customer service call line, resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Ara turned this stressful situation all around! Great customer service!

Buyer Beware! Speed Queen is not what it used to be!
I purchased a Speed Queen Commercial Heavy Washing Machine and Dryer in May of 2023. Within the first seven months of owning them, I had five repairs to the washing machine and three to the dryer.
I reached out repeatedly to Alliance the maker of Speed Queen and the Retailer I purchased it from, receiving no help. They explained that no exchanges are allowed, only repeated repairs.

Microwave came in broken and small dent on top where door hinge was broken.

Santiago Di Santo at Appliances Connection helped me with a complicated order that I changed my mind about and was so kind and accommodating throughout the entire process! It was extremely stressful for me, as it was a very expensive product and I’m also on a tight schedule. Santiago remained calm, coordinated with the manufacturer and kept me updated. So thankful for him!

We ordered a wine fridge and it was delivered with a missing trim piece, we have been trying for over a month to have it sent to us, Appliances Connection has not shipped the piece and can not give us any type of timeframe for resolution.

Katie was great, she got me what I needed, and it took around 3 minutes to discuss it and purchase it. I called because I was not sure about the product delivery timeline and also the product itself.
