Just pick up the phone to talk with someone
Needed a new slide in dual fuel range, .... There was Katie at extension 1302. what a god send, she walked me through the product description and even provided an online manual. She was also very helpful with lining up delivery to my two-story beach home. I have purchased from Appliance Connection and as always, the customer service was great. This time was even better with Katie helping me through the process. Thank You very much Katie, You are awesome.

I wish all customer service rep's could be as polite and knowledgeable as Nathan.

Katie was friendly and helpful
Katie was friendly, informative, gave me options for warranty but was not pushy. She was genuinely nice, not a "salesperson." I appreciated having her help me with my purchase and having her extension so I had continuity with the purchase (could actually speak to her again,) when I had additional questions. This is my first online purchase with Appliance Connection and its is a big one $. I truly hope its legit and with no regrets/issues. Regardless, Katie was easy to work with, was efficient, and as stated earlier, friendly!

I purchased a hood
This company is terrible. They were pleasant when I made the purchase, but they transformed into monsters when I attempted to return the item. It took me around a month of communication with a very rude individual named Santiago, who claimed to be a manager. They even coerced me into giving them a positive review before they would accept the return. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Service guaranteed I'd have all the parts for the install.
I've tried some do-it-myself updates of my 23 year-old house (It's all white appliances). Then the gas range I found was on back order everywhere I looked, except at Appliances Connection. I place the the order and then got follow-up from their agents (JUDY F) on the connection hose; I couldn't reuse the old hose that I had (which wasn't clear to me). It was quickly added to the order. Everything is set to install next week.

Lightening Fast Resolution
Santiago Di Santo provided excellent service. There was a very unique issue with my order which needed to be confirmed. Santiago promised a call back so that I would not need to wait on hold. Within 20 minutes he called me back with my question fully resolved.

Great Customer Care
I was in a bind with my existing refrigerator leaking and in dire need of a new refrigerator to meet my specifications. Nate was so helpful and patient and is even making sure the refrigerator is getting on the truck the next day so I can get as fast a delivery as possible. I appreciate the customer care!
