Outstanding support services
My most recent experiences were with customer service and with Nathan, a sales representative. I called the customer service number about an issue with my order. The CS individual was able to resolve a model number mixup but was unable to address a promotional question I had. She connected me with Nathan who was very thorough and professional. He made sure that he understood my issues and was able to provide me with a solution that was very helpful. After handling a return item and providing assistance and recommendations for a replacement item, he made certain that all my questions were addressed. He even immediately called me back when our phone connection became choppy to ensure we had solidified an agreement on the resolution. I was very pleased with his commitment and follow through.

This is the second time I've purchased appliances from Appliances Connection. I am am pleased with the selection and pricing of everything I have bought. They kept me informed of delivery dates and I was particularly happy with Santiago di Santo who was able to make an adjustment in the date to suit my schedule. Great prices, awesome service.
Appliances Connection usually has the best prices around, and often ships at a very reduced rate to make sure your order is even more affordable. I've usually been able to find what I'm looking for, or something very close that is a good second option.
In terms of customer service, I recently had an issue that their customer support team was able to handle for me and we were able to come to a solution that really works. Always nice when as a customer you feel heard and appreciated.

Bad install
The installers were nice but made multiple mistakes and couldn’t communicate. Ultimately they made unnecessary holes in my cabinet, installed the dishwasher not level, and with the door unable to lie open. I had to bring in a contractor to fix it

Excellent customer service!
I was concerned about receiving the pedestal for my new front load washer because it had a later receive by date. I called to confirm I would not get the washer before the pedestal and Katie was able to take my order over the phone and handle everything for me.
I have not worries about getting the base too late for the washer installation now.
Appliances Connection has great customer service and I found Katie very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Nathan for the win
Nathan was unbelievable! A true 5 Star experience from start to finish. I had several questions when it came to designing my custom kitchen and he answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products online and helped navigate which appliance was right for me. Unit was dented. Box was damaged, but it works.
When the company was notified, they provided a 10 YR warranty free and a $20.00 Credit.
