Excellent software with great features
Appointedd is fantastic. It was easy to setup but more importantly I could configure it to do exactly what I wanted. My clients can now book online, they receive their text reminders and and the integration with my Google calendar means I can check my work for the day no matter where I am. I highly recommend the system and it's great value too!

Missing lots others systems have , can be slow & no phone contact is no great but other features are ok but room for a lot of improvement

Terrible user interface
The customer service is excellent. The web application is incredibly confusing and cumbersome. Every time I need to modify my services or availability, it's a long and exhausting process that rarely succeeds on The first try. You should make the interface as easy and straightforward as Google Calendar. I don't enjoy working with Appointedd; not at all.

I agree Google Calendar offers a great UI experience, but it’s a much simpler solution which doesn’t offer all the scheduling features and integrations that Appointedd offers.

Easy for customers to use
Easy for customers to use, but customer service is not great. I still have some scheduling issues that needs to be resolved but I'm waiting until I have more time on my hands. It would be much better if you could go into my account and see what is going on instead of me sending screen shots all the time. I am not a IT or computer guy, so the explanations are somewhat confusing.

I have found Appointedd easy to use
I have found Appointedd easy to use, the only issue I can think of is that the system didn't initially recognise UK Bank Holidays, although I appreciate that may have been something we could/should have controlled from the users end

An elegant booking solution that minimises hassle. Works easily and cleanly out the box. Initial setup and integration was quick and hassle free. Very easy and efficient calendar, functionality and interface. Love it.

Decent program, needs a few added features
The experience has been ok so far. A couple of annoyances.
1. I'm unable to move a booked reservation to another open time-slot on the app with it crashing.
2. There is no option to add a customer to an existing booking on the desktop.
3. When trying to change a booking time to an exsiting booking the app crashes or the desktop will not allow it.
4. A search bar would be handy when looking for existing services in the services section.
5. Having an option for customer's to cancel appointments via textbin Canada would be nice as well.
Beside these items, this program is good.

Everything you are looking for in a partnership

Run away.
This integrates with the Square POS, but their app only works in portrait orientation. Square stands are landscape orientation. Using it through an iOS web browser is unstable. They did update the app with snazzier colors though. Good grief.
