Could not activate the voucher through the site

Nir could they do it in Primark

Said I had to spend all the voucher in one store

David Jones was so helpful. Our order was placed on top of Christmas and he managed to get our order processed and shipped in good time.

They find all sorts of way to get money out of you in order to use their card online.

Also, I have unfortunately misplaced a gift card and in order to get me a new one they are apparently going to charge me £8.90!?!??!!??!

Absolutely disgraceful, the only reason im going ahead is that I had put £10 on own money on that card guess why??? In order to be able to use it online!! Lol you can't make this stuff up.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Good speedy service

Great customer service, very helpful and efficient.

Took to long to be able to use the card after adding money to it. Never glutton wait when using other cards. Then the card was refused in a shop that is on the list of available places to shop. Won’t be using love to shop again.

The balance after topping up is renewed much faster than before. Hope more shops are in the list.

I ordered 10 pizza hut voucher on 23 rd ov December and still haven't received it it's now the 27th

It was so easy to order from Love2shop and the customer service were so helpful. I would definitely recommend because the team of people are a great team.

Smooth transaction when ordering bulk order of vouchers for staff. Shea was very helpful and professional and offered support and guidance on how to use online portal. Vouchers received within days once payment was received there end. They were received securely with a batch activation code. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered some Costa vouchers on 30th November and the ordering process itself was easy and quick. I was short on time and recovering from a minor operation, so being able to order online was important. Unfortunately, the vouchers didn’t arrive. After a couple of weeks I contacted customer services. They sent me a form to complete, which was straightforward, and I returned it immediately. I then received confirmation that the money had been refunded a few days' later. Last night, the vouchers finally arrived in the post. Wanting to be honest, and aware that people’s jobs rely on customers doing the right thing, I contacted them straight away and offered to pay for the vouchers. I was told this wasn’t possible and that I would need to return them. I declined and instead offered either to destroy them or to have them collected, as I am still recovering and don’t have the time or ability to post them back. Pluses: great customer service from actual people. Cons: allow a lot of time if you ordering.

Sadly, the delays meant I missed a birthday and now have to send someone into town to buy replacement vouchers at short notice, so the gift is late. For me, the lesson is that I wouldn’t order again unless I could do so months in advance — which rather defeats the point of convenience.

On a positive note, it was very easy to find an email address to contact them, which is increasingly rare, and the customer service team replied quickly and were polite and as helpful as they could be within their processes.

Overall, the ordering process and communication were good, but the delivery delays and lack of flexibility left me disappointed.

Quick easy process, excellent staff

It was so easy to set up a business account. Had helpful phone call with Mark who sent the proforma and it was actioned as soon as I sent it back. Able to order within 2 days & vouchers received day after payment.

It’s good to have some discounts with love to shop reloadable gift cards . They should open up for more stores. Because one off gift card if you don’t use full amount , any left over little credit people end losing the card or forgetting and expired.
