We recently had lewis from apt in to discuss our options after having problems with our old system. We met with many companies but lewis and the team were the most honest out all of them ,each question we had big or small was met with an honest answer with was great. After deciding to go with them we could not complain at all about the customer service,they were in contact every step of the way and the installation of the phones was seamless and carried out by a very experienced and nice chap. would highly recommend.

After taking meetings with a few different companies we decided to go with Apt. This was purely down to their straight forward contracts. Turned out to be a great decision, the install went smoothly and we had comprehensive training. We haven’t spoke to them since the install but all service was so good it deserved a review.

We took a call that saved us some money, not often you can write that! The salesman set us up with exactly what we needed.
We had no down time and had great training from the engineer. The system is so simple to use, highly recommend!
