The Aptive Pest Control Service is well documented with excellent communication.

The Aptive Pest Control Service Technicians have been very professional and competent, and I really like the way they communicate their planned arrival, control application process and a comprehensive follow up text (with photos) and phone call (if necessary). Very thorough all the way around.

They offer awesome service every time!

They offer awesome service. The tell you what time they will be at your house. And they show up at that time. They explain what they found during their service and explain what they did to address any pest issues.

I have a dog and my only complaint is…

I have a dog and my only complaint is that every time they come out they leave my gates open for my fenced in yard. My dog has now gotten out several times and i live right next to a very busy road. I have requested that this be told to there people, but it keeps happening.

Bugs do get inside

I do expect inside the home to be serviced as well as around the house. There was no service on March 1st, was a Sunday.

Unreliable

This company does not keep their appointments. We need to schedule multiple times before they actually come out. We were told that they could spray high on our sofets but then when the actual person would show up to do the job they told us they didn't have the equipment to spray high on the house. They would not treat the house as promised sometimes because of impending weather. All reps have been friendly. We will be cancelling as soon as our year is up. It has been a very unreliable service.

TitleI gave Aptive only one star

Title: I gave Aptive only one star primarily because once signed on for the service, I have been unable to cancel the service. Every time I attempt to cancel the service I’m told that I have more time left on my contract. I agree to continue through the remaining time but that I do not want to renew my contract. This is the same story I get every time I call to cancel. I never call to renew my contract but apparently this happens automatically and Aptive is “helpless” to stop this. I think this Company needs to be investigated for illegal business practices.

The last person that came out, Anna. She was very polite and did everything that was to be done. Treated for the bugs, checked the mouse boxes and brushed down the eves and entrances the the house. She was very polite.

Your technician was prompt, courteous and explained the treatment he was providing and asks me if I had any questions. He followed up his work with explanatory notes and photos. I appreciate that.

Aptive has always done an excellent job. They treat all the pests. We had spider problems being on the lake and they took care of them.

Great Job!

We live in a rural wooded area. I like how Aptive treated around our house foundation with mice bait boxes. It kept the mice out of our garage this winter. They also did a great job treated for black ants in the yard. Aptive hung up wasp nest bags so we wouldn't get the wasps nests in our house. The were always polite and answered any questions we would have.
