Great service from Aptive Pest Control!

The service tech informed me ahead of time of her arrival; then upon arrival she explained in detail what she planned to do and asked if I had any special concerns. Afterward she sent pictures of what was done.

Great service that works.

Great communication. Different service technician each visit, but they have all been professional and thorough. Most importantly the service works. For a variety of reasons, we have not had them handle the inside of our home, only the outside, but that has taken care of the great majority of our insect and rodent issues. We live on a wooded lot and this is very difficult to do. I’ve been very happy with the company.

Charged without service and poor followup.

I have been charged for service, but the wrong residence was serviced. Also, the supervisor has not been responsive to having the situation corrected. I have already paid and my property has not been treated.
Horrible supervisory followup.

Show up on time

Show up on time. If I have a problem in between services, they are more than willing to come back out out free of charge. I live on a lake. I have noticed I have many less spiders.

They charge you when they don't show up, and month they showed up and walked to the side of my house then left without doing anything.

Should alter their seasonal prices

Service has been timely and they complete what they claim to service. The effectiveness appears to be good. My question is why do they service with limitations during the winter season and still charge the same amount as the rest of the year for their service? During the winter service is minimal and time spent is 10 minutes at best, so why is the price the same as the rest of the year (other seasons)? Why do they try to service at all during the winter? They don’t cover everything in the winter/they can’t.
That is my basic complaint for this company.

Our service pricing is structured around year-round protection rather than individual visits, meaning the cost reflects ongoing coverage, materials, and support across all seasons, not just the length of a single appointment. That said, we understand how the difference in time and scope during winter can feel confusing or frustrating, and we appreciate you calling that out.
