I emphasized spiders were a big issue…

I emphasized spiders were a big issue this season. When the reps were almost finished, I needed to go out and advise them they missed some spots that I mentioned on the pretreatment meeting with them. I then had to go around and review the work and ask them to do more.

Representative was great, verdict out on product

Work done was terrific. Representative notified us their arrival time and was prompt. Listened to what we had to say and was mindful applying products inside and out.
I am wondering about product effectiveness. We are seeing more bug activity throughout yard and in the home than we had with our last company we were using. Also, online support and inquiry is a four day wait as company is “experiencing high call volume”. That seems a bit long. I have not called and that may be faster service response.

Haven't seen any mice in the…

Haven't seen any mice in the garage(alive or dead), ants coming in where they normally would and less wasps.

The employees have always been very friendly, but we are not seeing the actual results yet. It is unclear when we will start seeing the results we are looking for.

Out of control voles

I switched to Aptive because the sales person told me my yard would be treated for voles. Since switching to Aptive, the voles have taken over the front of my yard

Active is very responsive when I call…

Active is very responsive when I call and do a good job of explaining what pest control services they have completed.
I wish they were more proactive in rodent control. I seem to have to remind them about filing bait stations. Also, the service cost has increased by about 40% over the last few years. It is getting pretty expensive.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! I Signed up for this service. Was more than displeased. Within the first month this company failed to perform the service they promised. Customer service was terrible as well. Tried to cancel service, then they offer me a discount rate and promised to get someone out. After 3 times of them standing me up. I finally just canceled. Then they charged me 199 dollars for canceling service. Service they failed to perform. I explained my experience to them. They said they had no record of my previous interactions. I sent them text message and email screenshots as proof. They didnt care. They just wanted that 199 dollars. I believe this company is an absolute scam and probably screw a lot of people this way. I read reviews after the fact. Every negative thing people had said they experienced. I also experienced. What they did in my opinion is criminal. They basically stole my money, instead of actually providing the service they promised.

Disappointed!!!

Paid for the inside and out to be sprayed. They did it the day we signed the contract and the next two times said they couldn’t do the inside because they didn’t have time?
