History I have w Aptive has been good. This time wasn’t present due to the scheduling app/advisory. It only states a DATE and not a time range such as AM or PM. That is my dissatisfaction-provided only 30 min notice and no modification space to technition’s schedule that day

Since using Aptive (5-6 years)
Since using Aptive (5-6 years), the seasonal invasion of ants has abated. Bait traps have also minimized rodent population as I am adjacent to a wild area.
Each Technician has been knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. Mitch performed my last service and didn't have to be prompted to do a complete job. I am appreciative.

Aptive always checked in prior to arrival asking if there’s any specific areas of concern they should focus on. After treating my property they always send pictures and reports of what they did. Very appreciated!!

My only suggestion would be that when…he is finished he speak to me directly.
My only suggestion would be that when the representative is finished that he tell me what he did fact-to-face rather than telling me what he did in a text message. I had questions on what he did and before I could ask him he was gone.

The technician who came to our house did a wonderful job. I asked him to pray for spiders inside which he graciously took care of, and did a really good job on the outside as well. Give that guy a raise!
