They never clean the cob webs off the…
They never clean the cob webs off the porch. The last one was on his phone and only sprayed 1/2 the house. Have been unimpressed by this company and will not be renewing our contract.

They get the job done right!
They get the job done and if I ever had an issue in between applications they always come back out right away with no complaints. They always do a great job and all the technicians are very helpful and respectful.

Very bad service
The service at my house has been bad since the first visit. I had to have your company come back after the first visit and actually clean around the house. I just wanted out of the contract since the very first visit, it was so BAD.

Why we like Aptive

I have no bugs!
I have no bugs!! They text when they are coming and send pictures afterwards. If I need them to concentrate on something, I can reply to their text and let them know. They are very responsive and friendly. They clean up the spider webs and their eggs. They do a great job overall and the price is reasonable.

Excellent service
Brian was at our new home and took very good care of us, helped to cach me in what they use and how it interacts with the wildlife. Helped me look inside the home for signs of cockraches and other invasive pests. Then he sprayed the areas they may use to get into our home. Highly recommend this service for all homeowners/renters who want to avoid unwanted pests!

Not very happy with my service at all
Not very happy with my service at all. Some of the techs are good and most are horrible and rush and cut corners. Also I pay for the premium package which as I read in my contract comes with fly traps and all types of traps, though since starting my service with Aptive a year ago now I have received these once. When I ask the techs why they are not providing these I’m told they are out of them ( doesn’t matter the appointment times, tried both early and late.) they all have the same excuse. I pay 150.00 for every service yet don’t get the full service then they want to hit me with 299.00 fee for canceling. Sad to say I will not pay for Aptive once contract is over, seems like I can save myself $150.00 by just spraying “Home Defense “ because that basically what my techs come and do. Also I don’t recommend them to anyone.

My tech Naarai was helpful, and he listened to my concerns about pests on my property. I was provided with many photos of the work that was done around my home. I appreciate the service techs that visit my home each quarter.
