Their pest control is not working for…

Their pest control is not working for me at all. I still have ants and the mosquitoes are still biting me when I sit on my porch.

Bug treatment

Yeah, I canceled my service. It was just far too expensive for what the treat for and Virginia Green actually does the same thing and it’s no contract no commitment so I went ahead and canceled plus when I first started working with the man to make multiple calls to him to get him to come out to take care of stuff and I don’t like the fact that maybe sign a contract for a year and a half. I’m getting much better service with Virginia Green. I should’ve never switched in the first place and I got high-pressure sales tactics from the guy visited my house so I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

Aggressive, inappropriate, alarming “sales” tactics

Aggressive, unprofessional “sales” tactics. Who goes door to door in 2026? BANGING on doors at 9 pm, going to the same house multiple times a day despite being told no, refusing no for an answer, asking to go inside and use the bathroom or have a glass of water, and entering someone’s backyard gate to their BACK DOOR. Making people feel unsafe with disrespectful behavior. Completely inappropriate, and that’s all prior to the bullshit scammy service they provide. Read full reviews all over the internet prior to trusting this fake 4.2 rating they likely altered to get themselves. I’d rather give 0 stars, but it wasn’t an option.

I was scheduled for 19th waited here…

I was scheduled for 19th waited here all day and no one came called office and they rescheduled the tech for late the next day., Devon was very personable and did what we ask. I thought he was suppose to spray the lawn but did not.

Dylan communications were fantastic!

Dylan communications were fantastic. He took credit of everything, even getting the cobwebs out of my doors and windows! So helpful! Loved the pictures too!

The individual that Service my property…

The individual that Service my property is dishonest, lazy and will claims they done work that they haven’t done. I’ve have watched them come, park, and sat in their vehicles as long as 15-20 minutes, get out of the vehicle, hold the wand up towards my home, take a picture, put it back in the vehicle, text me a message saying he is done and leave. I have texted them back and informed them that they didn’t preform any service, just for them to tell me they did. While I’m watching and recording their every move

Aptive always notifies me when the…

Aptive always notifies me when the appointment is coming up and the tech also lets me know when he is on his way. They work independently and send me a summary of what was done including pictures. I have found them to be very reliable and their work is consistently superior.

Even though I had a small problem with being switched to a premium plan without my consent (later discovered that I was getting a better deal for less money) I was completely impressed with the resolution process. While I hate getting AI switched to a foreign call center, they were great. Spoke excellent english. Most impressed with the local Aptive Manager's call to follow up. He was excellent.
