I’ve had a great experience with A&Q Beds. I ordered my sons bed from them and now I ordered a double TV bed for myself and was really impressed both times with the quick delivery. The bed is very strong and well-built, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The customer service was also excellent very responsive and helpful whenever I had any queries. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Amazing Customer service and good quality beds

I would NOT recommend this company at all! Flimsy bed and it looks nothing like the pictures that they show. When I tried to get in touch with them they immediately blocked!! STAY CLEAR !

Beware of AQ beds. The fabric is of poor quality and crumbles, and the bed frame squeaks when you get in and out of bed. Communication is absolutely terrible—nothing but problems with this item. I have asked them to take the bed back and issue a refund. They have sent people around to review, but nothing came out of it. They messed up my bed when changing the buttons, now suggesting to remove both sides and leave me without a bed for a couple of weeks, despite having back issues - nothing offered on replacement. I have been stonewalled and made to feel like I am complaining for no reason, even though they say they have never had a problem like this before. I feel like I am getting nowhere, so I have had to go through my bank and am nowprecocious making a case with Trading Standards. It is your choice whether to buy a bed from this site, but I would be very cautious given the price of these beds, and you’re not being provided with good-quality materials or wood for the frame. Absolute shambles.

Excellent experience! We ordered a bed with special measurements. The customer service was fantastic, trustworthy and patient. The delivery came on time and all went smoothly- a very happy customer!

absolute joke of a company don't be fooled with all the AI videos. misleading cheap quality, cheap build with awful finishing then going onto mattress which last not even a week and they'll say oh thats our cheap no warranty mattresses but can update with few hundred quid. from start to end bad experience favourite line thy use you asian we look after you but white customers we charge them extra or fulll. all videos and pictures of the bed will be shared across their pages and on other social platforms. trading standards will be notified too including FPO,OPPS,CAC.

Absolutely awful. I paid £1070.10 for a bed without a mattress, the ottoman could not open as it blocked by the head board, stapple marks were evident on the out side of the bed, the depth of the bed base would not hold 2 adults. Once assembled I stated I wanted a full refund, as I had never seen such poor quality. This was agreed and my newly painted bed room wall was marked and my new banister had a chunk taken out of it. A refund was requested and I have not received a full refund as the delivery charge has been deducted. Shocking!

Disappointed after all the good reviews I have read! My bed was delivered damaged, which they did replace the parts the next working day. However they didn’t listen to my request and delivery turned up when I told them I was out and seemed to blame me after telling them a number of times!! Also requested the bed to be set up as due to it being damaged when I had planned to put up, I couldn’t put up over the weekend. Was told yes absolutely fine but then got told I’d have to wait another 5 days!!! The bed was for my daughter and I had to get someone in to set it up. The pre-drilled holes for the bed frame were all out and I had to get them re-drilled!! Wasn’t the ‘luxury bed’ as they state! Customer service, if you can call it that was rude and abrupt!! Never again!!!

Reading reviews can be difficult as it’s hard to gauge what’s genuine. After speaking with this company via WhatsApp I decided to purchase the bed I was after and very glad I did. My experience was great start to finish , great communication very helpful and fast turn around and delivery . Can’t fault them in anyway. I’m very pleased with my bed , lovely quality and build . They even altered the design of my headboard so it would fit up my stairs at no extra cost.
I would definitely buy again and recommend as well.

Have to say this company were brilliant. I ordered a superking with a large headboard. Headboard wouldn't fit up the stairs. I paid the extra to have it cut and fitted and they had it back in a matter of days . I cant wait for a good sleep tonight

I picked my bed size material and colour on Thursday evening it was delivered to cork in Ireland 🇮🇪 by Tuesday evening.

Ordered my past 3 beds from this company and never had a problem. My last bed I ordered was too big for my stairs ( my fault bad measurement) for a fee the company came straight away and collected the bed and re framed it. I had constant support and help throughout this. All the beds I’ve had in the past have been good material and don’t rip easy and cleans well. This is an excellent company with great customer response 😁

This is my second purchase from AQ beds in the past 4 years, i recommend the bed quality, colour and design choices including the delivery and assembly service. My first purchase 4 years ago was a double chesterfield bed thats still going strong and this time i purchased 2 single chesterfield beds for my kids and they love them.

Amazing customer service from beginning to end! Was so so helpful with all the questions I was asking and the bed was perfect when it came the two lads had it up in minutes! Would highly recommend and will most definitely be using A & Q beds and furniture in the future.
