Hi! My name is Cindy and I am the person behind AquaDash, an Australian owned Company, formerly Great Aussie Swim Parkas. I first started Great Aussie Swim Parkas back in 2010 because I wanted a garment that would keep my kids warm and cosy after their swim lessons and would also protect my car seats. Back then I just couldn't find anything. Fast forward 15 years and we can now be found in Swim Schools around Australia and we are building our reputation in the USA. In 2020 when COVID 19 shut down public pools, I decided this was the perfect time to concentrate my efforts on going sustainable and also expanding into swimwear. AquaDash was the result. In short, AquaDash is dedicated to bringing affordable, sustainable quality that is both practical yet comfortable to the pool. Takes too long to dry
Great quality, but almost too good. It takes a few days to dry during winter. And having warmth from the cold winter is the whole point of purchasing this. The zip is far too fiddly for a child to zip up themselves.

Our thick, absorbent cotton towelling is designed to provide warmth and comfort after swimming, which can mean it takes a little longer to dry during the colder months. For quicker drying, we sometimes recommend using a small towel or face washer to remove excess water, and a quick 10–20 minutes in the dryer can also help with any residual dampness. We also appreciate your feedback about the zipper and understand it can feel a little fiddly at first, especially for children. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Aqua Dash…
I really like the product and have been using it every time I go Swimming, which is twice a week currently. I just put my Aqua dash coat on after swimming and get straight into the car, no hassle's about getting seat wet. Bought one for my daughter

This Swim Parka is an absolute game…
This Swim Parka is an absolute game changer for me. I suffer with MS and have weekly Hydro sessions. I no longer have to struggle taking 2 large beach towels with me. One I use to dry myself and the second one I put on my car seat.
I now just get out of the pool, put my Swim Parka on and jump in my car. No more washing of towels, no more wet car seat. Come home take it off and let it dry.
Saves my stress levels and less fatigue with using it.
I actually enjoy Hydro now.

Purchasing experience was quite good
Purchasing experience was quite good. Easy ordering, clear sizing and measurement guides, reasonable mail out times.
I had a sizing issue and contact about returns etc could have been better but answered eventually.
Product quality is very good and will certainly do the job it stated. My sizing issue was with arm circumference. Garment length was good, sleeve length good but sleeves are snug. I’m now considering an alternative style with a less structured sleeve. Not yet investigated.

I love that it keeps me warm
I love that it keeps me warm, protects me from the cold wind, it is also great that i can sit down in it and not get seat wet, the only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 star is because I have trouble doing up my zip.

Second purchase one with short sleeves…
Second purchase one with short sleeves for summer and one with long sleeves for winter . Being tall the 120cm is a perfect length I don’t care about colours only what fits. Love your products
