Excellent company with a superb customer service. There was a problem with my order and they sorted in minutes. I have ordered a few things from them and all their products are of high quality. The real product is as pretty as the images from their website.

If only I had found Aquaroc first! We had been messed around by a previous company promising delivery and continually coming up with excuses delaying our project - the customer service from Aquaroc was second to none, their products are beautiful quality and they are very clear regarding delivery which was seamless!! Priced competitively for a stunning product, hugely helpful and supportive throughout the process- I could not recommend them more highly!!

Aquaroc delivered on their promise
Aquaroc delivered the wrong mirror and our builder installed it. I contacted their CX team and they got a replacement to us immediately. It was just a mix up on the labelling of the box, but I was really pleased with the way they handled it and with the mirror itself. Great service in my book.

.Amazing customer service.
I bought the Kensington 1400 double vanity and the lumier back lit mirror which are both better than they look online. The quality and craftsmanship is beautiful. They both arrived very quickly and really well packaged. Ive recommended them to all my friends and family. My daughter loved them so much she’s just remodelled her bathroom using the Kensington wall hung version which is also stunning and the lumier mirror.
Also want to thank Aime for her great customer service for kindly arranging a replacement door front after I accidentally damaged it.
Great company will definitely order again when I redo my other bathroom.
