Ordered walnut vanity unit on Sunday and it arrived on two days later. When I questioned delivery Mark was very helpful to ensure item arrived on time. Great personal service which is a rarity these days.

We recently completed a high-end development of 6 units and sourced over 25 products from Aquaroc through Mark. The quality and design were exceptional throughout. We used a range of items including Apollo matte black freestanding stone basins, Rotunda fluted vanity units in matte grey, Puro vanity units, Belgravia double vanity units in warm grey, and Lumiere backlit demister mirrors. Everything was delivered to a high standard and exceeded expectations. Would definitely use again, highly recommend Mark and his team.

Product arrived damaged. Offered to replace the item in the end but refused any compensation despite delaying the bathroom. Rang customer service and Mark (owner) shouted at me down the phone and spoke over me - not a great experience all round.

Got black 1400 mm Belgravia II vanity unit with 1400 mm oval brushed gold mirror and black wall hung cabinet, Cabinet got damage during transportation. Mark sent the brand new one. Bathroom looks absolutely stunning,

For bathrooms refurb we decided on stone basin/vanities and had requested samples from three online companies; of these Aquaroc was actually the only one that sent samples accurately matching our request. We went ahead and ordered Novello & Kensington units plus illuminated mirrors from Aquaroc and have been really pleased with the products and customer service. The lead time was as described, the delivery came within the window promised, units were very well protected by packaging, and on unpacking we were very pleased with excellent design and build quality. Following installation we have been enjoying using these units and mirrors and delighted with how nicely everything works and feels. Congrats to folks at Aquaroc for an excellent operation.
