Perfect for Our Growing Family
As first-time home builders expecting a new addition to our family, the Black Creek house plan was ideal. The detailed and easy-to-understand plans have been great for our builder. With a little help from my parents for their in-law suite on the second floor, our house is almost complete. We look forward to many happy years in this home, and my parents are excited about their home away from home.

We chose the White Lily house plan from…
We chose the White Lily house plan from Archival Designs for our lakeside lot in Texas, seeking a design that maximized our lake view from inside the house while providing ample covered outdoor space. The plan was perfect for our needs. We made several modifications, which were reasonably priced and handled promptly. Paulo was our main contact during this phase; he was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the entire design process. We’ve just started framing and are more excited every day to see our dream home taking shape!
