I ordered three items. They were not true to size and more importantly they were made of cheap fabric- something i would never wear. i contacted them to return. They told me how, and I followed instructions. That was months ago and i have received no refund as promised..

Thank you all for your comments and reviews. I was going to buy $456 worth of clothing and because I read the reviews, I will not! This is disgusting and very, very appalling. Thank you. Take the company down in a major lawsuit. Take them down because I don't have monies to burn either. I don't have time for the email game! The Eastern continent is trying to make us Pay for shipping and handling and use our email address to sell to other companies. Be aware of selling our email address. To buy on-line purchases, you should have another alternate email address. Amazon protected me, in a similar situation, you guys!!! I purchased a chair through Amazon and it was from China/Hong Kong and the company did not want to reimburse me; the product was defective. Amazon told them that they would lose their contract if they did not give me a full refund, but the Chinese/Hong Kong made me pay for shipping. Be aware of the Eastern countries selling us their products. Stay within the 30 day refund. Amazon had my back! Good Luck to All!

Oh my goodness ! I have been fighting with this company since April 2019 for a refund! I followed instructions to a T on returning and it’s email after email to get my refund ! They absolutely violate their return policy! Also a complete misrepresentation of their clothes online ! I’m starting a lawsuit as we speak and I’m going after them. Everyone should contact Instagram and ever other platform they use to advertise and request this company site be taken down due to scamming and fraudulent transactions ! Go on BBB AND FILE A COMPLAINT ! Post anywhere they use to advertise warning others! Keep all your records of contact ! Let’s take this company down!

I ordered two dresses that looked beautiful online. I was searching for opening day at the horse races and Arealook came up as I was searching for dresses. It looks like a completely legitimate website. Could not be farther from the truth. The dresses I got for the equivalent materials to those you would have found in a drugstore Halloween costume in the 1970s. These dresses could literally not be worn out in public. And I am not a fancy or snobby person. I am the biggest Bargain Hunter around. No problem going to a formal occasion in Forever 21 or even Goodwill. The zipper on one of the dresses wasn't even sewn in on one side. Needless to say all efforts to obtain a refund have failed. I have email customer service now six times. Each time a different person responds with a different set of instructions. Once I was told to send photos which I did another said I had to mail the items back at my own expense and once they receive them they would then make a decision as to whether or not to refund any of my money. The best offer I have received this far is a $17 store credit after having spent $72 on the two dresses. Seeing the quality, there is no way I would want any amount of store credit because I would never use it. The items came packaged from China with Chinese language on the labels. There was no indication of this on the website. It looked just like an American store with an American delivery. I have no understanding of how they have remained in business. I went through and looked at other dresses that had more reviews than those that I had purchased. Once he start reading reviews you realize that they have nothing but five star reviews. That doesn't happen even with the finest of clothing stores. The quality of the dresses was a very big problem, however, the biggest problem was the complete lack of customer service or product guarantee. I am actually embarrassed to have been duped so badly. I hope my review will prevent other people from getting scammed out of what is, for me, a large amount of money. By the way, at the bottom of the emails from customer service they claimed to have a dispute resolution Department. I have tried to find out how to contact said Department but to no avail

You order and pay for some nice looking clothes - in light and beautiful materials. And then you receive a piece of sxxx, that clearly is not the same as the pictures ... neither design or materials!

Then I said I wanted to return it. I sent it as a letter without tracking number ... because a parcel to China with tracking number would be almost as expensive as the clothes I had to return! It’s been 3 months now since I sent it. And they are so ignorant - and can only ask for the tracking number - although I’ve told them 10 times that I haven’t got that because I sent it as a letter! I’m sure I’ll never get money back from them - so that was a 132 $ expensive experience.

It’s cheating / fraud / theft at broad daylight ... a very nasty method to run a business!

Total scam!! My experience is the exact same as everyone else on here. Total crap quality clothing. Took 3 months to arrive and I have been trying for 6 months to get my money back. They request pictures and SKU's, which I did. Would never give me a return address. Told me they would deduct the cost of the original shipping and that I have to pay for shipping to return items. The emails are clearly autopilot as they have never properly responded to the 30 I've sent!

Too bad I'm out $250 and stuck with 10 HORRIBLE dresses! I feel like a sucker!

How can we take them down & put them out of business & get them caught for fraudulent online business scams?! I want them taken down! What a waste of time...and to think how nice I was for so long! Grrrr!

Do not buy from this company. Poor product quality, poor service and do not return money.

Do not order from this company!!! Their return policy is ridiculous, there is no number to call, you email back-and-forth,They tell you to call before you send the return and they give you a fax number.

Sehr schlechter Onlineshop! Die Klamotten sehen nicht mal annährend so aus wie auf den Bildern auf der Homepage. Keinen Chance auf Umtausch, da die Versandkosten viel zu teuer sind. Vom Customerservice wird auch keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten. Ein Entgegenkommen ausgeschlossen. 100 Euro in den Sand gesetzt. Lasst bitte die Finger von diesem Shop!

(-5⭐️) If I could give a minus five star review I would, however I cannot! This company is bogus and should be wiped from the internet. The item that I paid for is not what I received. To date, I continue to get the run around for a refund. My responsibility in this is that, in my haste to order a dress, I did not do due diligence and look this company (if you can call it that) up prior to making my purchase. And still, DO NOT order anything from these people - you will only be wasting your money. Be warned!

MASSIVE SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! still waiting for a refund from April and all I get are lame messages asking for my patience while it's being processed...All emails are the same so it's clearly just a template to cheat customers. AVOID THIS BS BUSINESS!!!!

They should get negative stars. They are fake and cheat. What you see in the picture is not what you get. And you will never get your money back. Stay away from them.

Don’t buy. This is a scam. I got a my stuff almost after 3 months and it was cheap material and really badly made, So I had to pay for shipping and return the items. I haven’t still received the refund. I have 32 emails to them and every time I send the email asking for the refund, they are asking for the same information (confirmation number and tracking number).

Really bad customer service they don’t deserve even one star. Don’t buy. I’m trying this on every possible store to inform others that this is a scam.

Not one item that I ordered looked or fit as it was represented. When I tried to return things, 18 emails later, and today I still have not gotten a refund. The emails about returning all of my items went back and forth with them asking me for the SKU numbers. I had the packing slips as well as the original invoice and tried to explain to them THEY sent me the items therefore THEY had the SKU numbers. Since I was returning the entire order, it shouldn't have been complicated. Every email response going forward said they apologize for the inconvenience but needed the SKU numbers...again and again. I finally gave up---never got my money back. The address provided me for returns apparently isn't really a return center because I was told they didn't have my package even though I sent them copies of the USPS tracking information. UGH!

Well I'm part of the scheme plot with this company. I received my dress and it looked like a big $ss piece of material....looks like a dayum curtain. It was an off the shoulder dress and CLEARLY it wasn't off the shoulder!!! I'm not sure why y'all out stealing people's hard earned money....totally DISSATISFIED and DISGUSTED by what I received today!!!! Glad I purchased through PayPal!!!

No quality, terrible customer service, this is a fraud! I didn't look online for bad or good reviews, so shame on me and goodbye to my money! Lesson learned!

I wish there was a minus, worst, please never every buy from Arealook star!!!!!!!!! Horrible clothing, horrible customer service. They are a fraud on all levels. DON'T BUY THERE. This company is a fraud, your clothes are a fiasco has no quality, request the return of all my order, I have to pay the shipping to an address that was not in the packages where the products arrived, in the emails of customer service I They answered at least 10, none of them are right they have no idea, my purchase was from February and this is the time that they have not returned my money. THERE ARE THIEVES DO NOT BUY ON AREALOOK.

Ordered 2 items march 20th took.forever to receive then when I did it was the worst clothing I have ever ever received was nothing like the pictures and were made horrible horrible I then returned my stuff and paid the shipping they received it I am still waiting for my refund! I have been so patient and keep getting the run around still no $$ back!!! 8/14/19 today I would not recomend this site to anyone.
