If there was a 0 this place would get it! Ordered a shirt over a year ago still never showed and I have never been able to get ahold of them for a refund

I will never buy from this app again. I received one of my orders 2months after I order it then I mever received my other order. Never got refunded or nothing. This is nothing but a scam. Don't fall for it.

This is actually the worst online merchant experience I've ever had. They are fraudulent; ordered a dress from France that they had made and sent from China that was sent to me 2 months late, was the wrong dress (wrong material, design, color, no emblems/studs/ or pearls though it was literally called a pearl beaded dress in the name, but was missing the pearl imitation belt, it was a children's size dress maybe for a 7 year old; I'm small enough to fit teen and pre-teen clothes, but this was for a little girl rather than the medium women's I ordered in case they're cut smaller).
They sent the wrong dress, wrong size for a child, and it wasn't even finished having NO HEMMING, so it was unraveling. I sent a video and pictures of it on like 8 different emails before they finally after a few months answered my questions where it came from (company called Tidebuy international limited, who are pure trash and must have children sewing for them).
They refuse to send a shipping label to send it back. So it's bad enough it took them months to send me the wrong dress and it was unfinished and a children's size, but in addition to paying to ship the wrong dress they also want me to pay to ship it back after jerking my leg all this time. These foreigners are crooked thieves; don't do business with them. America shouldn't do business with China or France since they use China.

I wouldn't give them a star I told them I'm going to give them a review everywhere I could . I order from there thinking I would get what I ask wow was I disappoint now I know why they don't have a review section on there site I would would of light them up . Nothing I ordered came everything was different mind as well sent nothing can't even give these links away terrible please I should of read reviews first don't waste time and money on them

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I didn’t have to. I ordered in February and paid for 4-7 day shipping. It is now March 8th and still nothing. I messaged them and they said they needed my order number because the one I gave them was 6 digits long and it should only be 5. I sent them a screenshot of my order number and they will not respond back anymore.

Never buy anything from them, you will never get it.

Scam. Coat received had no real pockets and then second item on order never arrived. Had to pursue refund via PayPal and still waiting for it to be refunded. AVOID, yet another Instagram hoax!!

Bought a suit from November for an event. It’s now almost March still not even a tracking number. I disputed with PayPal and I’m yet to get my money back or even someone to answer. It’s a total scam don’t buy anything from them.

I only gave one star because you could not give zero. I bought a $50 dress for my daughter and it did not look anything like in the picture and it fit really awkwardly. I have contacted them repeatedly about a return or exchange or something and no one will answer me. I am contacting the Better Business Bure

I ordered a dress back in december of 2019. I never received it. Once I asked for a return they said they would issue the refund but never did. This site is a complete scam that just takes your money. I recommend that no one ever buys anything from this site unless you want to give your money away.

Total scam. Please don’t waste your money. It’s been 4 months now since I have ordered 4 dresses worth of $100 and have not received anything to this date. There’s absolutely nobody from DewView to reach out to. So I’m trying to get my money back through PayPal protection policy Refund. Not worth the headache at all, So save yourself your time and money.

Do not order from this company. I had to ask about the shipment of my item for 2 months. Then when I placed a dispute with PayPal, it all of a sudden shipped. Once it arrived, it was nothing like the picture of the dress I ordered. So I wanted to return it. I emailed the provided address but got this in reply:
We are sorry to tell you that we will have Spring Festival from Jan 21 to Jan 30 . we cannot reply you in time during this period . sorry for the inconvenience we caused to you . we will reply you as soon as possible once we come back . hope you can understand . wish you have a good time !
I emailed the very next day it arrived but couldn't speak to anyone because of this crap. So finally when they returned, I was told that it was past the 15 day window. When in fact it wasn't as it is hard to reach someone if they are "closed for Spring Festival". This is a scam and do not order from this company.

Never buy nothing from this website, is fake.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered a sweater as a Christmas present in December and just got it today! Their customer service is horrible, I sent several emails before the even shipped it 3 weeks later and I had to threaten to report them as fraudulent to my credit card company before they even responded on shipped it. I ordered a loose knit men’s sweater. I got a cheap, thin polyester sweatshirt!

I'm rating this 1 start for the delivery process, not for the quality of the product as I have not received it.

My order was back on Dec 13, 2019 and still have yet to received so I decided to do some digging.

the product we order from this store is based in China. All order will be shipped regular, I mean put on a container and on a big ship and will travel from 30 to 50 days by sea.

So if you do end up ordering from this company, pay for the extra for the fast shipping. lessoned learned.

I just saw from the tracking your package that my order has now arrived in Richmond BC Canada and is on process for regular mail to be delivered. Only took 1 month and a half.

Don’t even spend $1 on this scam. I ordered over $150 worth of dresses and received 3 items that look like rags to clean with. Horrible and when you email them they respond in German sometimes. Don’t waste your money on this garbage. Lesson learned.

Total SCAM! I never received what I ordered. I ordered two coats for my husband for Christmas. I received one random coat that I did NOT order (wrong color and style, not even close to what was ordered) a week later with no receipt, no info for returns, and most of the info on the package for the random coat was in Chinese.

The customer service email responses were very delayed and generic. I even received a response email in German (I only speak English and have only corresponded with this company in English). I'm glad I purchased through PAYPAL for assistance in getting my money back. I spent almost $100 with the Dewview website and they offered to give me a patial refund of $16.00 through PAYPAL ($16.00?!??). I declined the patial refund. I even received an email from their customer service that suggested that I just sell the random coat that was sent to me.

I am currently still fighting this through PayPal and will be working with my own attorney if I do not get ALL of my money back. At this point, its not about the money. Its about teaching these scamming internet companies a lesson. To stop scamming customers/ consumers by promoting products that they cannot deliver. They are not issuing refunds for the fradulent transactions made through their website. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DEVIEW. I am posting this review everywhere that I can. They SCAMMMED the wrong customer!
