Total scam site! Ordered a jacket 2 months ago and received nothing! Emailed them 6 times and never got any response!

This company would not refund my money, would not respond to my emails appropriately, and did not deliver the full product. They also took over a month to deliver the half product. And the sizing was all wrong when I got the dress, but when I told them I wanted a refund they wanted me to send a photo of myself in the dress which is completely inappropriate.

For those of you who have ordered and not received your purchase, you are probably luckier than me. I received my dress, and it is the worst article of clothing that I have ever seen. The stitching is mismatched, and it doesn't hang right. It is nothing like the picture. The fabric is extremely cheap, and thin. It must be made for a three foot tall person who weighs 45 lb. This article of clothing does not even make any sense. I cannot say enough awful things about this company. Plus you are all right. There's no way to return it. And it took a month and a half to get it. Worst online purchase ever.

They don't even deserve 1*. This firm/company is a fuc#*ng scam. They have no email or phone number on their site and my order was never delivered/sent despite payment being immediately taken. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I received no confirmation email. No shipping details.

The site has no contact information. Help page is empty.
I will dispute my charges to bank. And never buy anything from this site.

Where's my freaking dress. This is a scam. Gonna report these people. I ordered a dress around the 18th of Dec still nothing. I wanted that dress.

They cheated me out of over $120 dollars. They sent me an text to say my package was on its way and the tracking link in the text stopped working within days of them telling me my items has shipped. I applied a coupon for spending over a certain amount and they processed the full amount anyway. I sent three emails and they never responded. This is SCAM. I am calling my bank today. I ordered about 7 weeks ago.

This is a fraud company and PayPal should take it off their list. A fraud company from China

DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order December 6th. They charged my card and I still haven’t received the merchandise. They are not responding to any emails. Absolutely disgusting.

I wouldn't give any stars. Ordered a dress $59 ready for the new year and it has been over a month... no dress or response to my email!

Would have given no stars if I could. This company is a total scam. Ordered two things from them at Christmas, got the order confirmation, and they billed my credit card for the orders. Weeks went by and I still hadn’t received a shipping confirmation nor did I ever receive the orders. I emailed them twice and both emails went unanswered. Finally I had to dispute these charges with my credit card company. Don’t waste your time ordering from these guys.

This company has not responded to my email it has been a month something needs to be done I paid almost $44.00 for a dress and shipping this is highway robbery 🤬🤬

Same thing that has happened to others has happened to me. I've ordered from overseas companies before and has taken time to receive anything, but it's been a month and no response from emails. No info on tracking. Scam

I order three items back on dec 3 it’s been three weeks an I still haven’t received my items n they money has came off my card I’ve emailed them about five times n only received one email stating that the order is being prepared an that was three weeks ago this company is a scam n it needs to be blocked on all sites n social media

This company is a scam. They took my money and never sent the merchandise. I emailed 6 times and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have cancelled my debit card to ensure they don't sell my information or place extra charges on it. Be warned you will never get your merchandise.
