it's a great product..better than expected..
I loved it..it was rich and creamy and has a wonderful scent..I was skeptical about ordering it but now I'm glad I did..the color that developed on me is very flattering ..I will definitely order again..it's a clear lipstick that goes on colorless and then turns into your own..wonderful color!

My initial experience did not go smoothly
My experience did not go smoothly, but it was the carrier's problem, not your company. The courier tried to deliver my package but he couldn't get in the building. There's a Sentrex system outside the building from which he could have called me, but he had no clue. The package was redelivered the next day after I gave the door code. I appreciate the customer service people at Areliaa.

Lipstick for whatever reason does not change the color of my lips. It is however the softest and smoothest lip stick I have ever used! Really makes your lips feel good. Tried the lipstick on my granddaughters and the color changes were beautiful

The product is exactly as advertised. It did take longer to receive than expected but that being said. I really like the product. I was sunny the color(pink) I didn’t expect that to be my color but I am getting used to it and people really like the color on me.
