Excellent service. Very friendly customer service. They took all the set and admin for the completion of the survey out of our hands. Very competitive pricing. Couldn't have expect anything more.

LEVEL 2 RICS SURVEY
Had a level 2 RICS survey completed on a property. The survey was completed within a timely manner and on the day we receved a phonecall that shared a basic overview on how the survey went and opportunity for questions about what was carroed out. The report was sent quickly within a few days and was filled with relevant information needed which included advice given for next steps etc. Staff were always kind and easy to approach through phone call or email and were timely and efficient with responses. I would highly recommend for people looking for a survey upon a property.

This company is the best
This company is the best, I’ve used a different one before earlier this year and compared Nathan kept me updated throughout the whole process, even now he answers my questions I had the survey done 2 months ago, explains things in detail I highlight recommend this company they deffo exceeded our expectations thank you!

Professionalism goes a long way
Trying to survey a near 200 year old house sounded like a task. The Team at A Rics Surveyors have been incredible. Communication has been great, survey report has been thorough and detailed and they have kept to their self appointed deadlines. As well as Nathan and his professionalism, Chloe has also been great in managing realistic time scales and being a fantastic point of call!

Really quick prompt call after call…
Really quick prompt call after call back request. Talked me through options and the survey report was delivered verbally at first then full report came really quick. Much better experience than I’ve had from surveyors in past

The team were very professional, quick response, informative and friendly.
They booked me appointment very shortly, and the report was ready 72 hours after the survey.
Report was very detailed, clear and covered all the issues and questions.
