Misleading and poor customer service
Very disappointing and concerning experience with this company. I purchased a Miyabi knife that clearly had a rough, and faulty area on the blade. When I requested a refund, the company delayed responding to my emails and appeared to ignore my concerns.They eventually claimed that the defect was simply part of the knife’s design, which I found misleading and unacceptable.
Rather than properly addressing the fault, they seemed to avoid responsibility and continued selling a product that I believe was defective.
I went through some reviews and find out that so many customers experience same problem from this company.
Be very careful when purchasing from this website.

It was very straight forward to order. The package came within the week. It was a gift and the person loved it. It was just what they wanted. It was a Staysharp knife block. I have used Staysharp knives before and have found them very good.
