The Insurance agent(Linda) was extremely helpful,courteous and responsive.She had good product knowledge and made sure I bought the correct product at an affordable price.I was so pleased that she didn't make promises that she didn't keep and all paperwork was completed quickly. At time of writing have been on hold for 57 mins trying to speak to someone at the claims number provided and still no one answering.
I am beginning to wonder if the phone lines are manned…
