I compare the price I've been paying for the past 12 months and I'm absolutely stunned at how much I'm paying compared to other insurance companies.

I've found several other companies who offer me exactly the same cover for 40% of your price. What annoys me most of all is the fact that I've been paying your vastly excessive premium for the past 12 months.

We took out a home insurance policy this morning. Got worried as we hadn’t had a confirmation email. I spoke to a lady named Katie. Who was able to send through another copy for us. She was very helpful and polite with her text messages.
