Beware
Beware! I found a good quote via a price comparison website. But when I went to buy, saw endorsements mentioned. Clicked for more detail and saw that it would not cover me for flooding; and that I needed specific burglar alarms (as mentioned by another reviewer here recently).
I live in a safe neighbourhood not near water. Few of my neighbours have burglar alarms. I have lived here for 20 years and not made a claim. But theft and flooding are two of the main risks I want to insure against. So the Intelligent Insurance policy is pretty stupid.

Jack was excellent
Jack was excellent - he spoke through the options for our buy to let with us and gave us an excellent quote. He was so good that we have marked our diaries for a years time to use them for insurance again and are speaking tomorrow about our own insurance.

Helpful advice with a complex problem
I phoned with a fairly complex problem having not made up my mind what I was going to do. The person I spoke to (Philip Hampton) could not have been more helpful and supportive (and thoroughly pleasant to boot). So different to the experience I had when speaking to another company! I now have insurance for the short term and am fully aware of my options for the longer term. I could not be happier and am pleased to recommend Intelligent most strongly.

Quick and efficient service
Really helpful phone conversation with Jack who sorted out our home insurance while building works were going on within 24 hours. Significantly cheaper than comparison web sites. Will certainly use them again.

Building and Home Insurance Policy - Competitive Pricing
Surfing the internet, researching renewal quotes for home and building insurance my phone rings and Phillip Hampton of Intelligent Insurance asks if he can help. I complete my online details and Phillip rings back as requested. The online quote was absurdly expensive but Phillip was able to walk through the quote and get the business, away from Hastings Direct. Phillip was professional, polite, informative and helpful. Hopefully the company will be as helpful as Phillip is. Four out of five stars as the policy has yet to start. Thank you.

Easy to do business with
I've just bought a policy and mainly due to the great service from Jack. I'm overseas and needed a policy but cant use a phone due international charges. I used the 'chat feature' instead, Jack talked me through everything and just made it easy... so much so, that I've purchased the policy without looking any further (I was just researching pricing at the time) Just shows what great customer service can do! Thanks Jack and keep up the great work.

new hom policy
on line all day trying to get quotes after my renewal for home insurance with another company didn't renew found this company very good policy at a very reasonable competative price and good coverage
