It did exactly what it said it would. I opened the access with my information, they extracted the bank statement. Asked what was regular income and then closed the access. My bank advised they do this... Voir plus

I found it difficult to start.
I found it difficult to start it but once I got into finding it out and it just got easier and I understood how I was meant to be able to get what was needed for my funds. So much better than sorting out statements and letters from banks it’s so easy. Thanks very much.

Don't have any choice but to use this company. Had a problem and AI response is talk to a human. All humans are off for the weekend. Still no reply to my email question. At least I did not have to pay for this non customer service

Put time aside to use this app.
I’m the least technologically person on the planet I think. But this app is easy to use even for me. The only thing I would highly recommend is you buy half hour aside to do it, you do it in a quiet room with no interruptions ( unlike myself trying to do it and deal with customers coming and going and phones ringing) but very easy in the end

User friendly
I really liked using this bit of software. The font on each of the screens was clear to read and understand. Instructions were clear. Functionality easy to use. I liked the progress panel on the side of the screen to show how i was progressing with the questions.

Far too intrusive and time consuming
Firstly, the email states that the process will 'complete in a few minutes' - please give more accurate timings - it took 2 hours. Nobody is getting fund source requests done that quickly.
The whole process just really seemed off, and being questioned over transactions such as shopping money and work expenses seems wholly unnecessary. The addition of having to upload a years worth of ISA statements where you can see any and all investments made is complete overkill.
Very uncomfortable with a company that I've never heard of before having this amount of information.
They have however, kindly advised that I can request to have all data deleted, otherwise it apparently stays in the system for 3 years (open banking) and 6 years for the report.

We're sorry to hear the process took so long - depending on the level of check requested by the conveyancer and the complexity of your financial situation (and whether your money is in bank accounts that support Open Banking of course!) we would expect the typical source of funds to take 10-15 minutes.
Whilst you may not have heard of us before, FCA-regulated and ICO-registered, so there are strict rules governing how we handle personal data. You're absolutely right that you can request deletion at any time by emailing support@armalytix.com and we'll take care of it.
