Thanks for your feedback. We’re so sorry to know you were disappointed with our product. We're really surprised as this is the first time we are hearing about any issues with the materials.
All materials used are at par or better than International Military Grade Standards. Our backpacks are currently in use with professional trekkers, hikers, and the Indian Defence/Special Forces & Materials used have been the main reason why we get so much appreciation for our products.
If your item arrived damaged in any way or not as described – we would be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
