Very poor service. Neither do they deliver the goods nor do they refund the money. Their service is terrible, they're just scammers, they don't even deliver or refund the money. They're just awful people.

Different level if incompetence
It’s been a month since my order. Half a month back they called me saying the price of my already placed order went up by 3 times to which i agreed and asked for a quick delivery. Now a nother 15 days have passed and no sign on the item. Different level of incompetence. Wouldn’t recommend such a backward e-commerce site to anyone. Don’t waste your time.

They are more keen on taking order . They have tied up with low quality courrier partner Delhivery. Even after 10 days product has not been delivered.
Their reply is totally incorrect . When order was placed on 28th March , how can they try to deliver on 21st March . They delivered the product today , a delay of 3 days beyond their commitment. The product has come without installation instructions.

Customer service is deplorable , after the experience they put me through, an apt term would be customer dumping . Innumerable follow ups, countless conversations, non responsive attitude but for feedback you are hounded. This department is crying out loud to be grounded.

Very unreliable company
Very unreliable company. Ships damaged products. Does not accept responsibility. Hides behind excuses that they did not receive any pictures of damaged goods. Strongly suggest that you do not do business with them.
In their response to me, they express concern and use a typical stalling tactic., such as please provide order number, please provide photos, please provide videos. All of these have been provided to their customer service. I have the names of all of their customer reps. Their standard response is that we did not receive these. Yet they were sent three times to their support email. It is easy to write a boilerplate response expressing g regret. Quite another to take responsibility and make it right.

This website has enrolled fraud sellers
This website has enrolled fraud sellers, who would display quality and branded tools but will ship cheap Chinese useless tools.
I ordered a Wadfow 8 Inch (200mm) 7-In-1 Multi-Function Combination Pliers (WPL1778).
Instead I have got Freemans Combination plier having MRP of Rs.291.00 (exactly half of what I paid).
Their return and refund process is super cumbersome. I was so harassed that I finally decided to forget my product and write-off the amount I paid.
Please avoid buying from this website.
