I ordered a 25-liter vacuum cleaner for which I paid ₹4,388 INR. However, I received a 15-liter model with an MRP of ₹3,999 INR instead. No further assistance regarding defective piece is made by customer support team.

I purchased Imported 600 kg 1200W 20m Copper Winding Electric Hoist PA600 on 14/03/2026 from Moglix online Platform. Item was delivered tome on 23/03/2026. Initially I tried to pull empty trolley with wheels of 100 kg. But failed to do so. Hence my work of shiting materials was hampered. I reported this matter to them on 24/03/2026 with relevant videos to their Whatsapp support. 7 days reeturn policy was applicable to this product. But refused to give refund. I requested to replace it with higher capacity, But reefused to replace . Because of this defective product my loss is Rs.7618/-. Return Policy of Amazon and Flipkart is fair and prompt. I am of the opinion that Moglix is not honouring its Return Policy they blame customers to reject refund/replacement and disconnect calls. Noone should buy from Moglix. Thereis no option, otherwise I would have given zero rating

Don’t buy any product from this fraud online store.The photos uploaded online are original but the product delivered is not the same.I had ordered an electric jack combo for my car on 31.03.26.The main part which is to be connected in the car 12v port was found broken.I complained about it the same day and uploaded the pics as well,but they will not replace it because i don’t have the delivery slip which was attached on the packaging.what a waste of time and money.

I order a R.K submersible 2.5 Sqmm 3 core copper cable. The price was 2799₹

Ordered from moglix as the cable was not available in other websites.

The quality of the price is pathetic. The electrican denied after seeing the quality and thickness of the wire. The current carrying capacity will be much less than 1 sqmm

Upon requesting refund or exchange they keep rejecting the request.

It is a fake website, they shows cheaper prices to attract the customers and when the customer places the order they may turnover that money and after a week or so they will say item is out of stock and we will not able to deliver it and initiates refund. The profit and cash flow for their business and they make business with our money. I suggest don't buy anything from this fake portal.

Bough a machine from the website, machine arrived with one part missing. On Complaint, Moglix emailed, not our responsibility, talk to manufacturer. ( There is no mention of any ph number pf manufacturer)
After finding manufacturers number, he mentioned Moglix told me not to sed the part. But, as per ordered item part was included in picture.

moglix is totally fraud site once I ordered infrared cooktop they delivered induction stove and I'll raise exchange order and still one week they don't have any respond from moglix once I called customer care they generate ai call they answered ur order is under process and auto discount the call this is not good from moglix order id 6906382

i order a product recently still not received yet and more over the review left by past buyers. i think i ll cancel the product .

Ordered a Prestige kitchen sink; they sent a non-brand kitchen sink. They will send you the local products.

my order number - xxxx05 Submersible pump i ordered. Very disappointing experience with Moglix. The product I received looked like an old repaired item repainted to appear new. It worked only once and then got jammed. Their customer care is also very poor and does not accept returns for this defective products, Even after uploading video proof, their customer care keeps asking for different videos and refuses to accept the return. Very poor service and wasting the customer’s money and time.

Worst platform ever never ever order from Moglix. I order and paid online coz there was no COD option. I waiting for my order and when i try to track they keep saying its in transit. Same message they keep saying in transit for more then a week. I tries to cancel and ask for redund they keep saying they cant refund until they get their product back whicb still shows in transit. Its theirs and logistics issue which they have to deal with. If they cant deliver on time then they shouldnt accept the order or change the logistics which can delivee on time. They are cheaters fooling around with customers money and cant keep their promises. Never shop from this platform. Moglix sucks

this review is as a seller in moglix, they created false order, then shipping delay , material got return after more 60 days , the returned material was broken and of different brand, payment still not made from 6 month now. sent email to almost all moglix team member no repsonds and they simply dont care or clueless

A platform mostly for industrial products,but be very wary as it doesn't have a fair return policy. It will be written product is returnable and refundable but only on their conditions. They do not offer customers peace of mind . And if you try and return no matter what they will not accept it. One is left with wrong product. If you have to buy please bear in mind it won't qualify for return.

I placed an order for suture material on the 14 th Jan 2026. Sadly it’s the 22nd Jan today and the order isn’t even dispatched!
Repeated calls to the customer care number go unanswered and even an email requesting an update on the dispatch date just comes with an apology and no information about the dispatch date!
Being in the medical profession it’s imperative to be delivered consumables on time and such unprofessional service is the last thing one would need.
Please avoid such websites for your peace of mind and smooth operations in your practice.

Do not order or buy any product or service from Moglix they are number 1 scammer and fraud they will take money and keep sending msg it will be delivered with different dates and finally product will never come to you.. It happened with us our Order I'd is 6755043 on 23 dec 2025 we ordered Grinder Mixer which got paid but never delivered.....they are not responding also if we contact them.

Moglix is a fraudulent website. After taking money, they don't acknowledge or send the product. Please be careful to do any transactions on this website and warn your friends and family to not visit this website

I ordered knapsack sprayer. I received the product after 5 days, which one was having light damages, so i initiated exchange request because which is only have exchange policy. The real problem was often because once i request to exchange they need 15 days to confirm my request and getting a month for the new one.

So moglix offers a quality product with affordable price. But the real problem is exchange or refund. So carefully check for return or exchange policy

I ordered wifi cctv camera which was damaged . No support from customer care for replacement and very rude also. Don't buy any products they send damaged products and asked us to contact the company to resolve the issue .

Delivery took no more than 48 hours. I think it's a decent speed in comparison to others.
