A complete fraud Company!
First I waited 45 days since my order was in process. Then they sent a completely useless product. Now their website is saying that the refund window has closed since the order was placed 45 days back. And nobody answers calls. Nobody replies on WhatsApp. My numbers are also blocked!

This is fraud site, they use to ship wrong product against your order and then dont respond to your calls, most of the time customer care contact is unavailable. I am waiting for 2 weeks for return/ replacement of wrong supply. No response to mail or complaints, once able to contact they told return pick up woll be arranged in next days, but no one came for pick up and no update in 1 week yet.

Refund not given even after 1 year – Very poor and unprofessional service


I ordered a Home Theatre from Vlebazaar in April 2025 and paid ₹1840 online. The product was never delivered even after waiting for almost 3 months, so I cancelled the order and requested a refund.

The company claims that the refund was credited to their wallet, but they have not transferred the money to my bank account even after 1 year. Wallet credit is useless for me because I do not want to place another order from this company.

I have made more than 100–150 phone calls and multiple complaints, but there is no proper response. Every time I call, they give false promises like “refund will be processed in 2–3 days,” but nothing happens.

This is highly unprofessional and looks like unfair trade practice. Holding customer money for more than 1 year and not refunding to the bank account is unacceptable.

I strongly warn other customers to be careful before ordering from Vlebazaar. My experience has been very disappointing and stressful.

A poor 3rd clas company which never processed and delivered my product and after multiple multiple emaisla nd ticekst - thye still have not given the refund though assuring and promising to do at the earliest.

Its better to shop from a recognised store than these Frauds.

Fraud website

Fraud website. They sent me a Khaitan induction stove instead of the philips one I ordered. There is no response for the calls or emails. They lure you with lower prices and once you have paid you are stuck. Stay away.

Its a fraud company

Its a fraud company. they might max ship the product but in between cancel the delivery.
PAYTM who is the payment gateway is helping this fraud to take place. My 2 orders are stuck i limbo. the call center and support tickets will not say, they will give template answers: I have escalated, we need 2-4 days, if any festival comes, due to festive reason we need more 2-4 days, they wont say no, so dont buy. Im filing case on them.

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with Vlebazar. This is one of the most unprofessional and unreliable platforms I’ve ever dealt with. I waited over 30 days for my order with zero transparency, constant delays, and completely misleading responses from their support team.

Despite clearly requesting cancellation and a refund, they ignored my requests and instead shipped a completely different brand product without my consent. To make things worse, when I tried to return the product, they didn’t respond at all. This is not just poor service — it feels like a complete scam.

Customer support is useless, unresponsive, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. They contradict themselves and avoid taking responsibility.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Vlebazar. Save your time, money, and frustration.

Such a Big Scammer comany is still operative in the market !

It is a Big failure of our Indian Government that the scammers like VLE Bazaar Pvt Ltd are still operating in the market.I am surprised to see how till now no action could be taken against VLE Bazaar by National Consumer Helpline ! Why till now their license is not cancelled ?! There is hardly any positive remark about this company on social media. It is really shameful for all of us.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the repeated mishandling of my orders. I am not sure if this is how you treat every customer, but my experience has been extremely frustrating.

1. First Order (Order ID: 3998089, dated 21/11/2025)
• Ordered: EVM 128GB ENSTORE+ DRIVE USB 3.2 GEN 1 (Metal Case, Gold)
• Delivered: Samsung pen drive
• Gift: ₹100 gift voucher

2. Second Order (Order ID: 3998230, dated 04/12/2025)
• Ordered: EVM 128GB ENSTORE+ DRIVE USB 3.2 GEN 1 (Metal Case, Gold)
• Payment: ₹339.12 (after coupon and gift certificate)
• Transaction ID: 533821044277, UPI Payment via IDFC FIRST Bank

• Issue: Payment deducted but not confirmed despite six reminders.
• Resolution: Released only after consumer helpline intervention, credited as store balance.

3. Third Order (Order ID: 4092018, dated 16/02/2026)
• Ordered EVM 128GB ENSTORE DRIVE USB 3.2 GEN 1 (Metal Case, Gold)
• Payment ₹159.88 (after using store credit ₹339.12)
• Issue: No action taken for weeks until repeated reminders.
• Delivered: 64GB HP pen drive instead of the correct product.

This repeated negligence has not only wasted my time but also shattered my trust in your service. I have ordered the same product three times, yet you have failed to deliver the correct item even once.
I request you to immediately deliver the correct product EVM 128GB ENSTORE+ DRIVE USB 3.2 GEN 1 (Metal Case, Gold) without further delay. Please treat this as urgent and ensure proper resolution.

One of the worst customer service I’ll…

One of the worst customer service I’ll say. My order id is 4104053 I ordered on 3 rd of March and in writing this review on 23 rd of March the order is still not delivered.

And the fun isn’t over here. No message or mail of order status. It wasn’t picked by courier by 7 days I tried mailing them but no use. When I called them on 13 March and then again on 15 I was assured it will be again scheduled on 18 th March but as we all know it never happened .

Then I called again and mailed multiple times but no reply. When I called again on 18 th I was kept on hold on every call for more than 4 minutes and every single customer service guy/girl was rude.

Now they’ve assured me my parcel will be dispatched today and it was added in high priority.

Now you can see how they work. If we call them continuously then only they’ll take your order seriously otherwise you’ll never receive it.

Better buy from trusted source and spend some more money rather getting irritated by such clowns

A fraudulent company

It is completely a fraudulent company. My order number 3943836 was a defective product. Even after I have returned the product, I did not receive the refund amount in my bank account. They have put the refund in my VLE bazaar wallet instead, assuming that I will again make the mistake of purchasing product from their platform. I have been requesting them to put the refund amount in my bank account for more than three months now, but they have not done it yet.

The Order No 4061443

The Order No. 4061443 was placed on the web site of VLE Bazaar on 16.01.2026 and a payment of Rs. 3,271.84 via. UPI ID but no confirmation details were provided by them on my e-mail ID / Whats App. number. A PHILIPS SHAVER, Wet & Dry, Model : S3122 / 55 was ordered. Communicated with them to get the details after which I was provided all the details. Till 20.02.2026 VLE Bazaar was reluctant in providing any details of the order and its fulfillment, from their end. So I requested to cancel the order and refund me the amount paid by me. Since 20.02.2026 VLE Bazaar is just replying to my e-mail reminders ( no communication is initiated by them but I have to send them e-mails ) but failed to provide any details of such refund processed by them into my bank account, till today.

Vlebazar is totally fraud

Vlebazar is totally fraud. I ordered for 5 products and received all items Faulty and in non working condition. Morever, I received all 5 products different than the Brand I actually ordered. I am repeatedly making complaints to the company since last 3 months but the company have not resolved my grievance, u neither replaced the products nor refunded my money back.
Please do not buy any product from this company.

Order Not Dispatched, Cancellation Ignored, Wrong Product Sent, Customer care not responding

My experience with VLE Bazaar has been extremely bad & frustrating.

I placed an order for 2 × TP-Link Tapo C210 cameras (Order ID: #4051414) on 8 Jan 26 for 2,998/-. The order was not dispatched for several days, so I contacted the CC multiple times and asked them to cancel the order. They agreed to cancel it, but never cancelled it.

Post which they shipped a different product. Instead of the TP-Link Tapo C210 cameras, they sent a CP Plus camera, which is a completely different brand and since i already have 15 Tapo cameras, i cannot create a different ecosystem for remaining 2 cameras

Their Customer care never picks up the call. When i wrote email, they acknowledged in writing that the wrong product had been delivered and promised to arrange return pickup and refund. However, no pickup was ever arranged even after 10-12 emails.

Because of this, I had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider and escalate the case through the bank’s grievance process. Sending a different product after a cancellation request and then failing to resolve the issue. ...

I will never recommend this and i feel they are simply a fraud company
