Regarding order Id 293555 My relative bought a phone from this company under fair condition.But he received a functionally problematic product. He returned the product on 6.03.2026.But till now there is no refund replacement and company people are asking money for repair now .He is under total stress now .This is not a trust worthy company to buy any product .Pls don't buy anything from these people .Under superb category also there is no refund as per their policy. It means you are forced to accept whatever the product they give .Very bad experience .it seems it is a fraud company.

Reasons for not choosing this website
The only way u can get a good phone by this website is,that u have to buy the superb condition, because they do not even provide any warranty,for replacement period and it's a 100% scam that u may get a broken or malfunctioning phone.it is better to choose cashify because just giving a ₹1000 more for the phone u get a 6 months warranty and a 7 day replacement/refund

Currently, Fair condition devices do not include replacement or refund, whereas Superb condition devices come with a 5-day replacement window and a 6-month warranty. The price difference between A new and the refurbished one from gudfast is very low. For example, S24 a new one could cost 40k approx and the refurbished one it's 34 to 38k.So I think rather than buying the refurbished one,one could buy a brand new.
