Recently I ordered an iPhone 15 Plus. After 15 days when I did not receive my order I contacted the customer service center every day but every day they said it would be dispatched tomorrow or the day after which it never happened. After 1 month they suddenly told me that they cannot send the device and they will give me the money back after 15 days. My question is if you didn't have the device then why did you take the order and why did you keep me on hold for 1 month. And you should definitely refund the money within 1-2 days.

Recieved a phone with heating and battery draining issue. Called the support they say claim warranty in 4 days of delivery. The warranty page does not accept IMEI number. When u call them it's waiting time. Later they reply here ...please share contact number. #yug bhatia never expected such buisness techniques from u. The phone is in excellent condition with some smudges.
They received my call 9/10 times.

Edit: Got the Product. I cannot give you 5 star due to misinformation frequently to customer. Got the device in well condition. few scratches in camera lens area. Some marks on display(U can see it with polarized sunglasses only). U need to focus on your delivery terms and conditions. Anyway Thanks

I ordered a mobile phone on 05 January 2026 with Order ID: 48216056 / JXODZ3PnKlfkG33giGLVy

They repeatedly said on phone calls that the item was “out of stock” and kept asking me to wait 2–3 days or 3–4 days every time worst experience.

Later, I received an email stating that my refund was being processed within 7–12 working days, but the money has still not been credited, and no refund reference has been shared.

I have now registered an official consumer grievance on the Government of India portal due to non-delivery and refund delay.

No support think twice before placing order

Ordered iphone13 on 11 October no Email confirmation or SMS that order has been placed. Very hard to reach customer support team. No proper response, some how I am lucky that after a long struggle I managed to get my refund. Worst service and poor customer support. I strongly recommend no to Controlz.

They are Fraud

They are Fraud , I purchased a product in mid October and now it's mid Novemberthey didn't dispatched the product and not even single person is there with whom we can enquire only single whatsapp number they are using but no one receiving it I tried multiple times even after waiting for one hour on their IVR no executive received, I lost my money with them please be careful with these type of frauds and also please report it if it can help me to get my money back

Trash customer care support

Trash customer care support. I am trying to call them from 3 days they're not answering the call. You can't even get images of the unit you're getting like in the super saver series unlike other refurbished brands. Please return my hard earned money or dispatch the product CONTROLZ.
