Recently I ordered an iPhone 15 Plus. After 15 days when I did not receive my order I contacted the customer service center every day but every day they said it would be dispatched tomorrow or the day after which it never happened. After 1 month they suddenly told me that they cannot send the device and they will give me the money back after 15 days. My question is if you didn't have the device then why did you take the order and why did you keep me on hold for 1 month. And you should definitely refund the money within 1-2 days.

Recieved a phone with heating and battery draining issue. Called the support they say claim warranty in 4 days of delivery. The warranty page does not accept IMEI number. When u call them it's waiting time. Later they reply here ...please share contact number. #yug bhatia never expected such buisness techniques from u. I ordered Iphone 8 Space Grey on 12 Jan 2026 and received dispatch confirmation on Feb 2, delivered on 4 Feb.
The phone is in excellent condition with some smudges.

Edit: Got the Product. I cannot give you 5 star due to misinformation frequently to customer. Got the device in well condition. few scratches in camera lens area. Some marks on display(U can see it with polarized sunglasses only). U need to focus on your delivery terms and conditions. Anyway Thanks

They repeatedly said on phone calls that the item was “out of stock” and kept asking me to wait 2–3 days or 3–4 days every time worst experience.
Later, I received an email stating that my refund was being processed within 7–12 working days, but the money has still not been credited, and no refund reference has been shared.
I have now registered an official consumer grievance on the Government of India portal due to non-delivery and refund delay.

Ordered iphone13 on 11 October no Email confirmation or SMS that order has been placed. Very hard to reach customer support team.
